Excellent episode Andy with a powerful storyline. Although i must say, the Hall is seen leaving Repford at 3:25, but also departs from a standing start at 3:32! There was either a mix-up in the editing, or 5900's passengers boarded very quickly indeed! Still remains a charm to watch however. Cameron
Glad to see your series is back on track. Didn't you realized that in the last three episodes that Vaughan's tender was a bullied pacific tender! I'm just glad that Vaughan's tender is back to normal.
Andy you know the coaches that you used for the scene when the hall derails where did you get them from? they look amazing and I'm trying to expand a railway series I'm making for my channel.
I really don't need approval from Tom, he's like my best mate I write stuff like that in all the time and he does the same, we reference each others' work a lot.
As I have come this far I decide to review this series up until now.I mind you that I haven't seen the next episode at the time right now and that I am only reviewing so far and not counting the future because I haven't seen them yet.Don't take this to seriously because these are my thoughts and please stay with me.So here I go and write the review. It's well filmed and interesting in the start. What makes this series stand out is probably Ron. It's because most other railway series don't include Ron's class, they usually include black fives, panniers, you get the idea. Although as munch as I like Dai, almost all good animated and voiced train series include Dai. It gets a bit repetitive seeing Dai staring as the main character. Although with this series it's pretty good. Those are the things that are good and like. So. What I like-Varity of engine classes-Animation-Voice Acting-Use of characterNow this is the part were I want you to stay with me here. Everything suffers from deep problems, even this series. Now episodes 1 - 3 kept me entertained for a while but once I went on it got really predictable and boring. It's boring because there's nothing. There is no threats, no money problems , no rivals or anything that would keep me up. Honestly it's just boring, same old. It's just the mail is running late! Got- to make it on time! No matter what the engines make it. That's when it gets predictable because I don't like seeing failing, it's just it's boring and predictable. We already know the victims will get justice, we already know that Stewart will make it on time. There no twists were one day there's a new rival bus company from Eastern England moving into the area and then they must compete. Then one day they must fight through financial issues, like please do put some good twists. So my conclusion isIf your looking for Thomas The Tank Engine only with British steam locomotives and some tweaks and stuff then this is for you. If your looking for a good trains series for with like some suspense and some more realism then I don't recommend this to you.but I see a lot of potential in this series, if you put some more spice into this railway series then this would be great. Although at this point in my opinion there are good and bad I still think that from here on I will stop watching SVRS because it's to boring and predictable.Good day..
@ 6:26 Maxen and Eddie from TDRS. I wonder if Tom approved of use of his characters
