Great timing with this being easter weekend. The King came, died and rose from the grave. He will come again in power and glory. Oh yeah, still sounding as fresh as it did 50 years ago. Wonderful.
Last time I saw WA was in 1970 something in Houston at a stadium. This transports me right back there! Hope these guys are believers so we can enjoy them in eternity with the Lord.
I loved Wishbone Ash Martin don’t be Andy Powell although I adored his guitar. He brought me to your house. I’m your biggest fan. I’m telling you though it hurts seeing Andy doing all those vids with young guys playing with him breaks my heart, He can’t let go it’s embarrassing now. Retire we have all the stuff. Fgs bow out with some self respect. Knowing we will keep WA alive for you,
Why is the sum 3 a magic number? It's the same for all bands, it's basically a law of nature: after the third LP/CD, etc., everything went down musically and qualitatively for everyone. From the genius of the first three albums to normal to embarrassing. The reason is that youthful creativity is lost. Or they died at the age of around 30. A natural law that was only withheld from Bach and Bethoven and Haiden. and some jazz musicians and singers.

One of the best things I have heard from Martin's Wishbone Ash. The thunderbird sounds great and so does Martin's voice
Just as I loved Ash way back then this is the version I would pay to see these days. Great job.
Loved Martin over 50 years ago and still do
Great , I have seen them on this Thursday 6.4.2023.
