DUDE! The pivot is the best news I’ve heard! As a Texan, summertime is treadmill season if I can’t get up at the crack of dawn. I LOVE the idea of being able to live vicariously through your runs, seeking beauty right along side you. I will watch every one you post! Or, I’ll move my family to Denver and help you film them 🤣 Either one
I’ve watched your videos every day. So why is today’s run footage one of the best pieces of video that I’ve seen? The simplicity of seeing an unbroken stretch of running. The hypnotic music. And the drone has elevated the quality off the scale. It was beautiful. Thank you.
Seth, I wanted to thank you very much for all you do. Your channel and daily videos have been the highlight of my days recently at a very low / sad time in my life. My dad has been back and forth between the hospital / rehab /And hospice the last 6 weeks. About three weeks into his hospital stay my husband had an accident cutting down a tree and ended up in the hospital as well with a major injury including a skull fracture. It has been a very difficult time and your videos are what I look forward to watching everyday during some very rough days. My dad just passed away on Sunday an it has been very sad times. Watching your channel has made me smile during a very difficult time and given me something to look forward to during the day. Thanks to you and the DGR family for keeping me motivated and putting a smile on my face. ❤️
this is now my favorite running channel to watch because of the drone shots of you running. i just don't enjoy someone sitting and talking about running. i always look for actual running shots and now with the drone your channel is the absolute best!! Thanks!
great idea! I rarely run on my mill but when I do I often watch something like unbreakable - the scenes where Anton, Killian and Jeff are running together is super amazing and motivating. Thought music used today was spot on.
LOVED TODAYS VLOG! Music - great! Drone footage: Superb! Well done Seth! Definitely up for seeing more drone/running/music! [QOD - I used to Treadmill a lot, but now hardly at all. Much prefer to be out in nature! Come rain or shine...] Andy
QOD: on the treadmill 2-3 times per week, mostly in the summer when it’s 90 degrees and humid here in the south! I’ll often throw in a 30 minute very easy recovery run in the evenings. Videos + music keep me sane
QD: lately I’ve been on the mill a couple days a week... I take my daughter with me and I’m challenged with getting her more active... she walks next to me while I run and then we hit the pool for laps and general fun swim... it’s not all work! I’m making it fun for her too! Sometimes we do the indoor track instead... either way it’s great family time and we’re getting to a better place each day... I’m truly blessed to be here and able to share time with all my kids!
Wow! Loved seeing your whole neighborhood in a long clip! Nice job! I love the long clips with the drone idea. Maybe I'll get a drone in the future and have it follow me on some beautiful courses I have here in rural Thailand.
Great idea about the treadmill videos! But also consider not only using the drone, but using your GoPro on your Head, filming the trail ahead of you. In this way, people almost get the feeling as if they are running on that trail!
Huge fan of the "Run with Me" series idea!! I only run on a treadmill a few times a year (usually when traveling and I don't have time to map out a route), but I've always fantasized about something like that to watch on the 'mill, especially with a voiceover.
Amazing Vlog today, I found it memorizing watching you run with the music behind such incredible vision, I could watch you run all day. As to treadmill running I'm not a fan and have only ever used one a handful of times and each time I say this is the last time but to "run with you" I might reconsider! The idea definitely has merit and I believe has a larger audience than just runners on a treadmill, I could see people having it playing on their TV's as they foam roll, stretch, do floor exercises or just chill. Can't wait to see more. Thanks for all that you do. DGR STRONG!
That drone run filming is next level. Incredible stuff! QD: I run on the treadmill if I don’t feeling like dealing with the conditions outside on a run day. I usually listen to music or set up my phone and watch UA-cam videos or Netflix to help break up the monotony.
QOD: (1) I live in Fargo, ND, and (2) I’m a wimp. Therefore, I run every day on the treadmill. During the winter, it’s even more obvious why, but this year I’m in a little competition with my treadmill app for the number of treadmill workouts for the calendar year. Honestly, I’ve found that I love watching my favorite UA-cam videos and movies on my nice, big TV in front of me. Your idea of “Run With Me” is absolutely perfect! Yes, you were in the city for today’s vlog with the drone, but it was still glorious. I feel like I’m running right with you ... down the middle of the street ... getting run over by the big truck. Ha. I love your idea (except don’t get run over, please)! I’d love to run in the city and high in the mountains with you! I run for hours and hours, and I watch TV. Keep up the great work, Seth.
Yes, do it Seth. When we had hard lockdown and I was forced to run in place in our apartment those "run with me" vids were a life saver. So I definitely think it's a great idea
I live in MN, so the winters are long and cold. I try to run outside as much as possible, but there is a day at least once a week that it is either too dark or too much snow. I usually watch something on the t.v. mounted on the wall at our house. I try to watch something that will keep me interested and will last my whole run. watching one of your long runs in the mountains would be awesome. A voice over talking about the mountain and your mentality while running would keep me interested.
The treadmill is great for winter and bad-weather workouts. Easy pace or timed internals all work well. Typically watch whatever seems relaxing on the treadmill's TV screen. For the past year, however, due to COVID I've avoided the gym and got myself out the door to run regardless of weather. Not always easy to do here in New England, but always satisfying.
That from drone footage is fabulous! You obviously have talent not only in running and being great host but also in filming on the top of most important: having great personalty!
I run a lot of treadmill miles and I always watch Seth when I run! I discovered the vlog last year during quarantine when I was looking at getting a new pair of shoes and looked for some shoe reviews. I think I found Seth through Kofuzi and started making a running playlist of videos to help the treadmill miles go by. For me it’s either run very early in the dark alone or get those treadmill miles in at a time that works better for me. Hoping to be able to get more miles outside but for now this works for me and I love to start my run with Seth! Thank you for considering a running playlist with drone footage! Sign me up! 🏃🏼♀️
Yes. Yes. Yes! This is a great idea. I rarely run on treadmill and usually just do like i do on the road or trail; get in to that meditative mind-state, no headphones, no TV, but if i had a SJD follow-along i might just for-go the mind game and run with Seth. Especially if the video quality is as good as this vlog or better.
Awesome running shots with the drone!! Once again I’m amazed at how you can run around on roads and not have a car drive by for what seems like miles… I’m in Boston so that would never happen around here
@@Kunu_ ohh… yes I sure do lol. I still consider the Europa League kind of a second tier trophy. Bummed out they didn’t win but not heartbroken The teams still rebuilding. We played very poorly in that final but it is about time we have a trophy to show for. We’ll see how we do next season
QD: I run on the treadmill around once a week. When I do, I typically catch-up on UA-cam videos. Whether on the treadmill or not, the "Run with Me" idea is fantastic! I've been a daily viewer for nearly two years. Some of my favorite segments of the VLOGs are the segments where we get to watch Seth run! The running segment on this VLOG was so AWESOME! It would be so EPIC to see Seth crushing up Elbert above treeline from the vantage of the drone. This new drone has been such an amazing game-changer for Seth's videos. As much as I loved when Seth's buddy (blanking on his name) came to film Seth while riding on the bike, the perspective and angle of the drone is so cool. (And a lot safer alternative for Seth's buddy.)
Wow, I can just imagine stepping into my gym for a workout; Rowing, Cycling and Treadmill. In doing so selecting UA-cam “Run with Seth” and selecting either; Trails, Mountains, Marathons ie I could virtual run the Boston marathon at home.(which you could keep coming back and starting where you left off. Fabulous Seth. Brilliant. To think DGR strong running all around the world with you.
: I don't always run on a treadmill, but when I do, I watch Seth James DeMoor vlogs. During a week of snow and ice in Oklahoma in February, I'd run 10 miles on the treadmill while binging SJD videos. I love the treadmill run-with-me idea. I could even listen to it during regular runs, though I'd have to rewatch later to get all the visual beauty from the drone.
I live in AZ so the treadmill is a necessity in the hot summers. I love it for interval training during the summer so I can keep up with my speedwork. It’s the only way I can stay motivated on it. Love your drone idea!!
Hey, Seth. Long time viewer. Love your content. QD: living in South Texas I do a lot of my running on a treadmill...mostly just my slow long runs and recovery runs. I try to make sure my speed work is done outside. But being a family of 6 with my spouse and I working FT jobs it can be hard to find time to run during the cooler parts of the day. While running on a treadmill I usually play either an audiobook, podcast, or watch Netflix...however sometimes I get super into the show and have almost fallen off once or twice. Again, great work Seth. Wishing you the best!
incredible idea. I used to run on the treadmill for interval days last year because i was afraid of not being able to run fast on the road. However since the gym are still closed in France, since the begining of the pandemic, I have started running only outside and i think i am a better runner for it. It feels harder to push and run fast and steady outside but I am trying every workout and interval day. Thank for the inspo always
I never run on a treadmill but I love your "Run With Me" idea. The droneshot with just the music in this vlog was super relaxing and I think this would be really good to watch the days before a race when I'm too nervous and need to calm down. Get me in a Zen state when the tapermadness hits. I did like it better when the drone was behind you instead of in front. I like to see where I'm going 🙂
( YAY for emojis! paused the video after the drone footage, made my first comment, then joined. HAVE TO, to help support more drone footage! ) So! My answer to the QD is: as little as possible!! I hate the "dreadmill" and so only use it when aaaaabsolutely necessary, usually in the dead of winter. I don't have one and my bootcamp-style gym doesn't either, so I end up having to go to "big box" gyms with friends, LOL. When I do, I listen to my usual music playlists, with my earbuds. I would LOVE to have "running with me" videos!! I think that's an awesome idea, yes please! 🙌🏼
I run a treadmill from about Christmas til Easter each winter depending on the weather .. I actually discovered this channel while watching run steep get high videos by Jamal..from there I've watched hundreds of Japanese racing videos and hundreds from other people and from all over the world..many use a Sony camera fastened to their hat bill..it's about like you are racing with them..i run from 1hr to 3hrs each day and I can either listen to the video or mute them and turn on music matches my mood and energy level..it has become my "job" for several hrs a day, and especially the last year..all the shoe tests are interesting and see how other people use them ..there are a lot of vloggers and opinions and I can figure out what shoes to try and add into my rotation..
QOD: Great idea! I recon but also put it on Spotify as when ur phone is off utube stops playing where Spotify doesn’t, you could also talk us through posture and great form as well as get us thinking about certain things eg. Olympic results. Been a massive fan Seth since you hit 10k subscribers and watched ever since and seen this channel grow, I’ve also been lucky enough to win a pair of shoes in the last SOS! Keep innovating and look forward to tomorrow’s vlog!
QD: This year was my first time winter training for a Spring marathon. With all the snow and ice we got I didn't feel comfortable doing my speed work on the streets. I did my easy runs in trail shoes in the snow. I joined a recreation center and ran on a treadmill one time. I don't like the feel of treadmills, it would have to be a sure situation before I get on one.
Seth, the run with me idea is an excellent one. I especially like the idea of you turning it into a coaching moment and more of a "workout class". I strongly believe if you can iron out this idea and get enough content then you can partner with treadmill manufacturers to have your run with me content on their platforms. So in addition to connecting with your channel I think you should also see what kind of content those types of businesses would like to see. It could really help you blow up this idea and your brand in general. Excellent idea though.
QOD: great idea! I don’t run on treadmills but one the best investments in my running has been the garmin coaching programmes. They break up your runs so rather than just running 8m they might have a warm-up for 1 Mile, then goal pace repeats (3x (8minute at goal pace followed by 3 mins at recovery pace) followed by 1 mile easy pace. I can see something like that being really good.
I used to never run on the treadmill, but since working from home due to COVID, I run at least 3 times per week on the treadmill between meetings. I also found it beneficial during the winter (I live in Illinois), I had a few 7 days per week treadmill days then. The worst was a 22 mile run. With 2 fans, I still got really hot. It was -18 F outside was 40 mph winds, so I ran inside. At the end I through up 3 times from overheating. It was still probably better than outside. I did finish the 22 miles, the throwing up happened when I stopped. It was bad. The treadmill is in the basement. The first puke was on the stairs. The second on was in the kitchen sink on the way to the bathroom. The third was on the floor of the bathroom. It was red from my drink and sports beans. I spent the next 2 hours cleaning up. To answer the 2nd question, I watch either Netflix, Amazon Prime, GCN, or UA-cam.
I weigh too much and am not running right now, but I started walking after work last December when sunset was at its earliest. I did it outside, since the local Y was shut down due to the pandemic, but next winter, as long as I'm living where I'm living, I'm going to hit the treadmill -- and the exercise bicycle -- more often in the winter weather. I know a lot of people don't like the treadmill, and I love the outdoors, too, but a treadmill works beautifully for setting a good solid heart-pumping pace. Going to start working playlists and podcasts in there, too.
I just started running on the treadmill 2-3 days per week. I find it very useful to my training as it seems to protect my joint and helps me practice running at higher cadence. I have noticed since I’ve been doing it, my cadence has increased on my outdoor runs and has helped improve my pace. I usually watch tv while running on the treadmill, but would definitely watch if you uploaded videos of running.
Seth. Pivot is an amazing idea. Perhaps a playlist for runs with no commentary and runs with commentary. Also categorizing different types of runs. Intro on the ones with commentary would be great if you could state the aims/goal of the run and the reason why you are doing it at that stage of your training block.
ok I was gone for a couple of days, of in nowhere land without internet. Catching up on the channel again. watching the video I was like: he should do this more often, it contextualises his videos so nicely. and then you idea is to do exactly that! Great idea. I run outside, but when not running, this is so satisfying to watch. Just running footage.
oh. my. goodness. the drone footage... AMAZING!! love love love the (mostly) uninterrupted running segment 🤩 (typing this just after the drone lands, had to get it out of my system right away 👏🏼👏🏼)
QOD: Such a great idea Seth! I actually just transitioned to treadmill running, New Jersey has been taken over by the 17 year cicadas and I love nature, but not that much! Not interested in skipping over locusts during my long runs lol. I'm about to start my first half marathon training block completely on a treadmill and so far I've really been enjoying progression runs. Combining your motivational wisdom with views from your neck of the woods sounds like a winning combo. Love the channel, thanks for your hard work! and big hugs to true love and the boys :)
I use my treadmill regularly. Great for bad weather, preprogramed interval sessions, and recovery runs on a softer surface. I subscribe to iFit and it is great for keeping me entertained and motivated during those longer sessions. Seth, you would be a great iFit coach. Your positivity, knowledge, ability to inspire, and gift of gab would make you a natural fit to join some of my favorites like Sally McCrae, Lucy Bartholomew and Tommy Rivers Puzey. You should really consider reaching out to them.
It's treadmill time when the weather sucks, and I listen to podcasts to help kill the time. But having videos of you running with some dope music like today would be awesome to run with, wow.
I would love the idea. I don’t run on a treadmill but I would watch you run and pretend I was that fast that we were running together 😆 seriously I think it is a great direction to take with the vlog. Even if I don’t run on a treadmill I would watch it and go run after. I would visualize your run and if the music was there and your voice it would really help me. I would just use earbuds. Thank for always trying to come up with creative ideas for us! Weird how your house echoes now. Can’t wait to see the new house and Shoedio!
Love that idea! Keeping some of our virtual world for those who don't have others to run with. Not only do you have great shoe advice your music taste isn't bad either!
Yes, I like the idea of a virtual run on the TM. I do this often since the pandemic. I need new ones too. I like "Virtual trail running for treadmills" on U-Tube. I would like ones that are at least 60-2 hours in length. Thanks Seth.
QD: Good idea for run with me vlogs. I use my treadmill in winter when it's too dark outside to keep the weekly mileage up. Usually no more than an hour, but typically around 40 minutes or so, say a steady 8 or 10k run.
Seth, I love the idea! I don’t use the treadmill often but I do from time to time. I do this at the local YMCA. I don’t watch anything. Just listen to music. I would appreciate watching your run with coaching or motivational words! I think it will make the run more enjoyable.
Love the idea Seth for treadmill running! You, the drone, scenery and music... I occasionally run on treadmill in winter. Usually catching up on longer video like livestream replay.
Great idea! I run on the treadmill a lot because of time constraints and I always have races and runs on the tv while I run. Love the drone idea. 🎉🏃🏻♂️🏃🏻♂️🏃🏻♂️
Absolutely love the idea. In South Africa we don’t really get any snow and temperatures rarely drop low enough to necessitate a treadmill run. (My humble opinion) But, I absolutely love the idea. What a hypnotising experience. “Run” with this idea! Will be awesome. Ps Very happy for you guys moving to a bigger house! Very exciting!
Yep 10 mile runs on the treadmill in the gym when the weather is awful and it also helps to keep me at an easy pace and helps with recovery , no I do not listen to music but use the time to help train my mind and I feel almost in a meditative state, but would love to have your running footage with voiceovers to help with that , cheers
Nice shots and beat, can't wait to see more of that on the trails. QD: I never run on treadmill, I am a runner all year long, we have four seasons in Austria an I just finished a 32 week training block through winter for a 100K Ultra Trail tomorrow. GREETINGS FROM THE TRAIN BETWEEN SALZBURG AND LINZ/AUSTRIA!!! See you tomorrow 5AM at the starting line of the Linz 24 Donautrail 100K.
I run on the treadmill about 25% of the time. It is a Peloton Tread+ so I watch the running instructors who coach me. Love the idea of the guided run. Will be cool and look forward to it! Throw in some hand held shots/clips also.
Not a treadmill runner but loved today’s vlog! Would def watch all “run with me” vlogs! Esp on trails. Was hypnotic, relaxing, motivating, and firing me up to turn that doorknob all at the same time!
Running with Seth videos: Good idea! It would be great to have a collection of videos covering different types of runs/workouts so that runners could cue the workout they want for the day and follow along on the treadmill. Duration could be adjusted by skipping to preset time markers. Being more interested in running outdoors, I don't think I would personally use this feature, however, I'm guessing some more technologically-minded runners might enjoy it.
I try and run as less as possible on the treadmill but I kind of have to sometimes when the weather is terrible because I'm not equiped for it. Your idea is pretty neat! You could even think of recreating some of your typical loops/days through voice over (a typical 10-15k in the mountains, or an easy day, an interval session, etc.). Imagine for example if you indicate people the vertical inclination of the mountain almost "live" so people on the treadmill can adjust the inclination %, as well as speed scenarios (if you want to keep it nice and easy or push a little bit).
I run on a treadmill when it’s especially gross outside and use a subscription service that works with the treadmill and the trainer on screen to adjust the pace and incline for me and there’s lots of variety there. I personally would enjoy a Run With Me option with you as it would speak to all the points you brought up but make us feel even more included and connected to the channel and DGR. while we would be in control of the page and incline we would especially be carried along your running journey as a big family. Great idea
I often run on the treadmill in the winter when the conditions are bad in the winter. Sometimes I do Intervals on the treadmill because it feels easier, buy being able to watch a TV makes the time bearable
Look out Seth, there’s a truck behind you 🚘!! Love the way the drone follows you, do you worry about it bumping into a lamppost or tree?! Yes yes yes to running with you on the treadmill! We have a Nordic Track where trainers encourage and motivate you but would be awesome to have you on there. I quite enjoyed just watching you run in this vlog, it always looks so effortless 😁
QOD Hey Seth, we love watching you all the way from Australia, specifically in Geelong. Love this idea!! I run on the treadmill when the weather is terrible, dark/unsafe or it’s time for some interval work. I listen to music but watch virtual trail runs on the treadmill TV, somewhere like New Zealand. Recently I had to do a 14km training run whilst on holidays in very humid Queensland. So treadmill it was. The virtual run got me through it. But I would love something like your drone runs and voice over. What a fantastic idea, please give your new idea a go. Big thumbs up 👍
I have a treadmill, but watching you I use it only a few times a year when the weather is really miserable. I now know how to dress a lot better to almost always be outside. When I am on the treadmill, I am watching something on a streaming service.
Seth is the adventurous, ambitious kind of runner/UA-camr, Edd Bud the entertainer and Kofuzi I'd like to call the poet amongst them...all three of them are the best there are out there! I personally love the poetic and inspiring nature sides of running, so no treadmill-running comes to mind...
This is fantastic! I used to imagine a famous runner in my head as I ran to help me with my form. More and more, I find myself imagining SJD as that runner.
Seth, I avoid the treadmill at all costs! But when I do, having a beautiful scenery to look at and some company from the DGR family would be an easy pick to turn on! This is a great idea.
QOD: Great idea! I run on my treadmill in the winter when it's too dark and icy to run outside, and throughout the year when my husband isn't home to watch the kids. In the winter I had the ifit app but I don't run enough on the treadmill now to justify paying for it, so I find a virtual run to watch on youtube and pop in my headphones to listen to music.
never run on a treadmill. however, one of your most memorable vlogs for me was from around christmas 2019 and you took us on the full run around your snow-covered neighbourhood.
I run on my treadmill whenever it’s raining, which is quite often here in Scotland. I watch UA-cam videos while on the treadmill. Either Seth’s videos or a podcast like Talking Sopranos. I do also something’s watch treadmill tv channel, which has lots of videos of people out running in lovely locations. I’d love it if Seth created a similar playlist, especially if he posts videos whilst he’s up running in those beautiful mountains.
Hey Seth... I noticed one of your vlogs ( the 2 hour principle has over 500,000 views. I think it would be great if you had different distance runs or timed runs for people to choose. Let's say someone wants to run a 20 minute 5k...put up a run for that which is where the motivation would work really well. You could then have a 40 minute 10k run with motivation and breathing techniques. How about a sub 1.30 half marathon run. Basically Seth you would be the virtual pacer, motivating the runner. I think this has endless possibilities..Keep up the great inspirational videos..
QD: In Florida, with hot humid summers, my incline treadmill was my only source of real hill training besides bridge repeats. Used it all last year to prepare for Bandera 100k and I believe it’s what led me to be able to finish it that race. Excellent tool when there aren’t a lot of options.
COMMENT OF THE DAY!!
First? Love you all! Notification crew unite
Nearly!
I’m not a treadmill runner but I found that long clip of you running almost hypnotic and relaxing
Yeah. Same. Meditative.
Exactly!! It was great!
waiting for drone to tangle with tree limb or power line :-)
Yes, same here
I’ve watched your videos every day. So why is today’s run footage one of the best pieces of video that I’ve seen? The simplicity of seeing an unbroken stretch of running. The hypnotic music. And the drone has elevated the quality off the scale. It was beautiful. Thank you.
Seth: Going out for a “normal” 20-mile neighborhood run with a drone chasing him
Neighbors: What the ???
Seth,
I wanted to thank you very much for all you do. ❤️
Woman stareing at 10:10 😂
this is now my favorite running channel to watch because of the drone shots of you running. i just don't enjoy someone sitting and talking about running. i always look for actual running shots and now with the drone your channel is the absolute best!! Thanks!
👍🏻👍🏻🙏🏼
It's a great idea. I've already run with the first 3 playlist videos about a hundred times!
5:50 ... that trail was made purely from thousands of miles ran by Seth and Seth alone
I thought the same thing lol. Ive made a few of those myself
great idea! I rarely run on my mill but when I do I often watch something like unbreakable - the scenes where Anton, Killian and Jeff are running together is super amazing and motivating. Thought music used today was spot on.

love the beats you've chosen here!

Yes, do it Seth. When we had hard lockdown and I was forced to run in place in our apartment those "run with me" vids were a life saver. So I definitely think it's a great idea
Morning!!
Have a wonderful and safe Memorial Day weekend DGR family!
What's the song during the drone footage?
Awesome running shots with the drone!! Once again I’m amazed at how you can run around on roads and not have a car drive by for what seems like miles… I’m in Boston so that would never happen around here
What? Cars on Comm ave? Nah... 😂
@@Kunu_ 🤨
@@Kunu_ ohh… yes I sure do lol. I still consider the Europa League kind of a second tier trophy. Bummed out they didn’t win but not heartbroken The teams still rebuilding. We played very poorly in that final but it is about time we have a trophy to show for. We’ll see how we do next season
LOVE the running segment!!! I rarely run on a treadmill, though when I do, I now know what I’ll watch!
Thank You! 🙏🏼
Seth, YES! Please do this! I’ve been wanting you to do something like this and would love to pass the time better when I do use the dreaded treadmill.
The treadmill playlist is an awesome idea. I never run on one, but the playlist could help more people discover the channel.
incredible idea.
QOD: treadmill at least 2 days a week since I run after the family goes to bed if days are busy. I stare at a drywall screw in my garage.
Hahaha me too!!!
HAVE TO, to help support more drone footage! )
So! 🙌🏼
about once a week when timing gets tight. I love the idea of a run with me series. Reminds me of runspiration from Kofuzi!
Love the idea of drone running with some nice tunes and voiceover. Pls do more and longer runs like that !
Brilliant first half with the drone and tunes Seth !!! Very motivational.
Yes yes yes!!! I'm all in with the drone following you on your runs seth 🏃♂️....great idea 💡👍🏼
Excellent idea though.
how do you say bye to the shoedio?
shoedios
QOD: great idea! I don’t run on treadmills but one the best investments in my running has been the garmin coaching programmes. They break up your runs so rather than just running 8m they might have a warm-up for 1 Mile, then goal pace repeats (3x (8minute at goal pace followed by 3 mins at recovery pace) followed by 1 mile easy pace. I can see something like that being really good.
I love the clips of you running Seth, finally get to see some of your routes and what are you running on. Rather then just seeing a map on strava 😂
Love that you post these videos in the morning, great way to start the day
I weigh too much and am not running right now, but I started walking after work last December when sunset was at its earliest.
Love the idea! I would watch those to help myself visualize posture, cadence, and balance.
Seth, these new running drone clips are absolutely amazing!
Seth, that music and the drone chasing you... EPIC !!
QOD: yes 100 % !!
Love the idea! Omg that would so so help with my dreadmill sessions! You can tell I’m no fan of it by what I call it! Can’t wait!
Exactly the same response here.
I made a full run vlog suggestion a while back so I'm definitely up for watching more off this sort of content. 🏃🏼♂️💨
Superb idea! Would definitely watch.
Great idea Seth. I would use this option for sure.
LOVE the Drone footage!! this this song
Loved the extended running footage!
never run on a treadmill. however, one of your most memorable vlogs for me was from around christmas 2019 and you took us on the full run around your snow-covered neighbourhood.
Loved the drone footage of your run dude 🔥
