Love these Christmas/Winter boxes! Especially like the door box card. I have to order my kit yet, but will probably do that on Monday! Thanks so much for making it so easy to be creative! Hugs!!
Great ideas Mary! It's so hard to choose what projects to do! Now started cutting out the Mistletoe Manor, it's going to be a fun one! You and Leo are soon talented, tfs
Great box card collection. Kudos - love them all. The hard part will be deciding which one to make. Who am I kidding - I'll make them all :-) Hugs, Kris
I just love the door card. I did have problems with the strength of the door making it just with cardstock. Do you have any tricks you can share for making it more sturdy?
I see your post is a year ago, so not sure if this will be helpful this year or not!!! I had the same problem. So I removed the open door cut and it is now a non opening door. I cut the door panel in half and use same colour thinner paper behind the actual door piece (so you still get the panel effect). The cards now stand up perfectly. I don't think people will be that disappointed that the door doesn't open, there's nothing behind anyways!!
Just bought this kit a few days ago and, after watching the video, ordered the Home For The Holidays paper pack you used. Did you use just the one paper pack, or multiple packs?
love this set but i'm having a few probs. I cant' get the stocking to stand up easily, I have to distort it a bit. My front door frame is collapsing, I have have to remove the cut out which opens the door, and the Christmas tree tabs are so tiny it's really hard to place the inserts. Just gonna have a go at the joy and the scene one now. Still, they're all lovely as usual.
I made the winter village box last year, and I'm trying to make another one this year. Why am I having problems figuring out how the envelope goes?!! Does the rounded edge go as the sides or the top and bottom?
I would like some help please Mary. I have just made the stocking box card and do you think I can get it to stand up. NO. When I have the front facing me like it is in the video it falls backwards but when I turn it around and have the back facing me it stands up properly. I have no idea what I have done wrong.
if you move the holly leaves on the front panet to the other side it balances it out a bit better and it stands. it's too close to the heel of the stocking.
Oh Mary these are so Beautiful!! Love them all. Love the paper line too. As always I'm in love with all your files. thank you Mary.

Loved these cards - purchased them but my svg files appear empty ...or nothing shows up on the screen? Can you help please?
your file came in a zip file so you just have to extract it.
