How to change a sitar fret.

A quick explanation on how to change a fret on a sitar.
The sitar frets are held by a string, and has a specific way of tying that string so there would be enough pressure holding the fret in place but not too much so as you can change it's position.
I've tried to demonstrate here the changing of a fret on one of my sitars.

I know this comment comes several years after the video, but any chance you can tell what kind of string you used? It looks different than the rest of the strings on the rest of the frets and seems to have "grip" (didn't look slippery).
