    Just wow! Frantzén is something else. This dish in all its "simplicity" looks and most likely tastes incredible.

    I think the sauteed onions look a bit burnt, ofc I am never gonna question Mr. Frantzen but, it is pretty black so I guess that is what this dish calls for :D, some charred flavour perhaps! EDIT: I can't believe how good he can make onions butter and wine look!

    It looks amazing!! Ideas for another ingredient to replace the liquorice??? We hate it in England, Latin America and Asia

      It's a hard taste to replace but I think that the best possible would be if you roasted some fennel and mix it in.. that is if you can stand the taste of fennel. :)
