Nice amenities and location, but that has to be one of the smallest apartments I have seen, I live in a resort with 4 pools,2 tennis courts ,gym, kids playground, cafe, ect and that whole apartment would be the size of my bedroom so looks a little cramped, you would think you would get a bigger apartment for where your located, even if your renting it out.
Hi Chocolayta. The rental side of things can only be handled by Century (apparently this is a rule for the first two years). Their fee will range between one check out of the 12 annual checks (if you find the tenant) or two months (if they find the tenant). The going rate for a studio like mine according to them is between 28 to 35k monthly - inclusive of association fees. Hope your unit turns out great. I'm quite happy with mine.
This apartment sucks. It's ok at first but it becomes like a prison. You have to use your access card to do anything and my friend who lives here decided to take the stairs and they disactivated his card and made him pay a fine. Another friend who lives here had his second or 3rd offense like this he had to pay a lot of fines and they kicked him out of the apartment even though he was still under contract and the people who rent are not the same management. His offense? He walked in the wrong door of the building (there are 3 doors in the lobby). The game room only has a few games except the xbox where they download games online. The cinema has low quality torrented dvds. The place is alright, but management is making a lot of people leave.
+Social Sketch It's been four years now and I've learned quite a few things about the real estate market in the Philippines. One is that developers just don't know how to sustain quality. Everything looks great in the first year, and then it deteriorates. But fees for facilities - association dues - remain just as high. Funny, but it's been four years now and I was never able to get this place rented. To even enter renting consideration, I have to furnish the place with a whole bunch of new furniture and decorations which I have no plans of doing - I've already spent so much on this place, not gonna spend any more. On top of which, even if I do, the rent I can get for the place is way lower than what I get for my budget condos in Ortigas. So all in all, very disappointed.
Your hand seemed dry. 😆 Anyway, I was wondering about using the elevators with security cards. Don't you think it's going to be quite a hassle for tenants if they have guests going out on separate timings? I mean, you'd have to accompany them from your unit to the lobby. That is something I can't deal with, especially that I normally invite people to my place, and relatives frequently visit.
Cano Manuel Gonzaga Yah, it can be an issue. Not actually sure if you need the elevator access card when going down. In my opinion, all guests should be given an access card at the reception to use when going up or down the elevator, and they have to hand it in when leaving the building (ID should be handed in exchange). Not sure they have the means to do this yet.
+Cano Manuel “Gonzrule” Gonzaga It's worse now, you need the access card to go down and they stopped all the people from using the amenities until they pay for their new access cards they made us all buy and after I payed I still have to wait a week to use the amenities...
Hi, i am going to rent one of these studio apartments for 2 months. Is the gym and swimming pool included or will this be an extra fee? Also thank you for taking this video, it has given me a much better idea of where i'll be living for a couple of months.
In that space, it'd be great to have this setup. See this video. ua-cam.com/video/juWaO5TJS00/v-deo.html Would you know if they can build something like this in the Philippines? I mean, just ask a carpenter to do it and if the property owner will allow it?

+M. Fillon So your saying this place is a pretty good deal to rent, but not buy a unit in?

Anliit tas sobrang mahal pero fantastic ung view at yung toilet
how much was the studio?
I can't remember the exact figure but I think it was 3.2M pesos at pre-selling.
The unit is expensive for its size.
