Bake Brownies Like a Pro with This Easy Recipe! 🍫

Ingredients & Recipe:
- Microwave 120g of unsalted butter with 120g chocolate (80g milk & 40g dark) for 1 minute and mix
- Add 2 eggs and 240g of caster sugar to a mixer and mix for 4-5 minutes until it turns fluffy
- Combine both mixtures and stir
- Using a sieve add 85g plain flour, 35g cocoa powder , 1/2 tsp salt and 1 tsp baking powder and mix together
- Pour mixture into baking tray and bake for 25 minutes at 170 degrees Celsius
- Let it cool and then slice and decorate as you wish
