Great episode, Christy! Thank you for all the time and research you did. I saw several tees that caught my eye. I’m currently knitting the Summer Soundtrack by Elizabeth Smith, a fun mosaic design. I hope to knit one of your designs this summer also. 💕
I love these patterns! I also live in a warm climate so these patterns will be fabulous for year round wear. Currently working on the Mellow Mood tee by Julia Piro and I can't say enough good things about her pattern. It is a very easy knit but has some extra details that make it engaging and adds interest for a simple tee. Thanks for your inspiration.
Thanks for the thorough review of well known and new to me patterns. I like that you included many styles, constructions and weights. Now just carving out time!!❤
I am currently knitting the "Poppy Tee" and the construction is very different(for me) and i am loving it, i already want to knit another and i am not finished with the first. thanks for the video!
Great collection of summer tees to get inspired. I have some in my queue already and some designs are new to me. Thank you for sharing. I am working on the Lacey summer tee pattern that is a pullover and I am modifying it for short sleeves. It is Jakers by Isabell Kraemer. So far I have only worked with plant based fibers for the summer garments. Our summers are short but rather hot. Personally I prefer designs with the more open neckline and more flowy, as they are less hot. I think tee designs are easier to pick for me. I enjoy wearing sleeveless tops, but they have more elements of designs that they need to align with my body shaping or comfort level in wearing so I tend to fuss around more before picking one for myself. Cheers
Thank you for your podcast which has only come up in my feed now. The breezy Summer Tee is by Jane Balle, Sydney. Originally from Denmark. She has a podcast "The Mindful Knitter".
I loved the Seaside Tee. I wish I had enough faith in myself to try a sweater!!! Have you seen Fatimah Hinds’ Dichromatic Tee? It’s a few years old but I love it! Great podcast Christie. Thank you! ❤️🪻🌷🌸🌹🌻
Thank you for this video! I think that other UA-camrs give a lot more information about the pattern that I can look for myself. Preis of the pattern, yarn amount, size, etc… made the videos too long. You kept me interested all the way! Thank you! I’ll love another although I don’t make tops without sleeves for me, maybe I can modify the pattern easily.
I did enjoy your post...I have to say it was really hard to listen to you struggle over every designer and or pattern name. Just add the names on the screen along with the picture Just a suggestion.
Great roundup, Christie. There were a number of patterns that I had not seen before. Thank you for linking the bundle!
Thank you so much for sharing. Your choices are just beautiful.
