It has serious early HD Sportster spirit vibes going. I want that bike, but with an 850 engine in it and double discs at the front. Honestly though, even at 650, it's still on my 'next bike' short list.
It really does look good. So far, it would be my favourite of their 650s but the Guerilla has just landed so I'll see what the reviewers think of that.😊
Totally Lily! It will be like 6 months or so before it makes its way to the states but I am excited to try the Gurilla as well!!! Trying to get my hands on the new Himalayan which is set to release here any day!!!
Currently own a 22 Indian Scout Classic. I’ve been looking at the SG for a second bike. Haven’t had an opportunity to test ride one yet but sitting on it at the dealership, it feels a bit top heavy to me. Anyone else have a similar experience?
They do carry their weight slightly higher and definitely the scout carries it super low… but I found the Shotgun incredibly easy to ride especially in corners…. Way easier than the Scout IMO :)
@ thanks man appreciate it:) I did find it encredibly interesting thought that the Interceptor 650 felt more like you are describing and they have the same basic setup…. Except for I believe the legs sit back a tiny more on the Interceptor so that’s what I was attributing it to. But IDK 🤷♂️
That one might be a bit as I loaned that bike out to my oldest son and it’s a few hours away for the foreseeable future :/ appreciate your interest though!🤓
@@FASTLANEMOTO I'm not sure what winter we're going to get in the UK but unless it snows I have to ride mine to work. I don't like the tires so will change them.and hopefully stay safe. 🙏 Winter in the US always looks proper 🥶
@chathamabs2011 our winters here in Oregon are usually pretty mild except for a lot of rain and we usually get some snow for a week or two about every 3-4 years or so…. But yep I do the same thing… ride no matter the weather as long as the temps aren’t down to freezing. I d ok recommend something bright or high viz during the dark rainy season :)
What’s up Jonathan. Thanks for watching….. it’s just a Dickies kinda light jacket….. not motorcycle worthy or anything …. I picked it up at Ross dress for less for $19.99…. That was just like a week ago so they might still have some depending on where you live. It’s really nice though
Ok brother I got home and realized I still had the tags in my backpack for the jacket… so it’s called the Insulated Twill Service Jacket :) hope that helps
Yeah it fast enough for quick overtakes, especially in India where our cars aren't fast enough, I can quickly overtake them before they even realise I was there in their rear view mirror.. Just suspension is little extra hard but keep the motorcycle very stable when I am going 100 km/h (60 miles/h) or there is a bump on road... I have one in Green Drill colour and have done 2,200 KMs (1350+ miles).. I live 55 miles, east of New Delhi..
Hmmmmmmmn both great bikes in their own ways. I think personally the Shotgun is a better beginners bike as there’s just less power to get away from you. It wont scare you. Also the Shotgun is simply easier to handle corners easier etc. now on style I think they’re both cool in different ways as well Bobber is a meaner looking machine and sounds tougher. But the Shotgun is cool in a sportier more classic of way. For a beginner I say the Shotgun. But that’s completely up to you. If your really dreaming of the Scout I’d say get a smaller used bike first and get comfortable on that and then upgrade but it’s a personal choice:) check back in and let me know what you decided at some point 😎

Totally dude! I am very excited to see the customization work people begin to do on these! If I actually opened one I would definitely chop it out :)
Agreed

@@FASTLANEMOTO people over here really like the new Himalayan but the ones who own the old one think it's a new bike rather than an upgrade.
Oh totally!!!
I absolutely love mine!
Right on brother! What color did you get?
Great video! I really want to add this bike to my garage!
Right on Dude. Appreciate it. Yep it’s a sweet ride. I grew to love it and am missing it already and I haven’t even dropped it off yet 😭.
'tis a sexy bike to be sure.
Amen 🙏
Great review. Sub’d. 👊🏼
Thanks David! Glad you enjoyed it. Appreciate it man 🤓
Should I buy this shotgun650 or the interceptor 650(Alloy version)
I personally like the Shotgun better but really you can’t go wrong either way 🤓
Currently have a MEteor 350, thinking of upgrading to either the INT 650 or the Shotgun
Right on Chad! Keep me updated dude and let me know what you get !!!!
Güt review. Thanks.
Appreciate it😎Thanks for watching and the support!
Hey guys chat live with me on this fine Sunday morning!!!!

@@FASTLANEMOTOlooking forward to see you venture into some custom work. Be safe friend!
@spenjackson thanks man! You as well!
I have one, 1000 km done, only one default: vibration in the foot pegs from 110km/h… have you noticed this?
Nothing of a level to bother me. But maybe I should’ve paid closer attention 🤓
Any body ever told you, you are crazy dude.
Still I will like and subscribe you.
Ha!!!! Yeah a few people 😂 Thanks dude appreciate it!
Waiting for the hunter 350 long-term review...
That one might be a bit as I loaned that bike out to my oldest son and it’s a few hours away for the foreseeable future :/ appreciate your interest though!🤓
Have you still got your Hunter 350?
I do but it’s up in Portland with my oldest boy. So I haven’t been able to do any content with it for the last few months :(

@fastlane it doesn’t have a tach but does it have a shift light or something?
Yep no tack or shift light but It does have a gear position indicator 🤓
Thats a review video. Great presentation. Right on point.
Thank you so much 😊 appreciate that.
I have to say buy with caution cuz mine is not even a month old but it has gone to the service centre 2 times due to transmission issues
Sorry to hear that man. Appreciate you sharing your experience. Hopefully they get it all figured out for ya.
All good things...
Thanks dude!!!
