I know OTH was on a year before laguna beach but I’m seeing that brooke’s story is so much similar to Lauren Conrad’s! I mean think about
She has been in a love triangle, which Brooke has been in!
She started her own clothing line, Which Brooke did!
The only differences I can think of is that Lauren’s parents are still married and brooke’s parents did get back together in the end but I just think that Lauren Conrad and Brooke Davis (even though Brooke is a fictional character) share some similarities as far as career paths and I just thought it was interesting considering Lauren’s ex boyfriend is on the show but yeah there’s that!
