Preparing for MLS & State Law Changes

Jim Haisler, CEO of Heartland REALTOR® Organization, is checking in to ensure Heartland members are aware of the changes coming to the MLS and Illinois state law as a result of the NAR proposed settlement agreement.
These changes, including removal of the co-op compensation field and the requirement for all agency agreements to be in writing, will be going into effect Saturday, August 17, 2024.
