Nice build guys, We done ours for just under 20k as well and finished it the weekend before lockdown 2020. Much dearer to do now as van prices are through the roof as are materials. Glad your enjoying my home country of Scotland. Stay safe.
@@Steps2adventure my wife and I are 48 now. I definitely admire your courage to take this on at an age where you can look back without many regrets and say we lived life to the fullest. Cheers to you!
Hi, just found you guys and subscribed to your channel. Just watched your Mull vlog and need to get there this year. We live on the east coast of Scotland nr St Andrews. We bought a Mwb Crafter last year and are about 99% finished. Reckon we’re probably just over the £20k mark and still got the bench seat cushion to get made. 😎👍🏼
Just subscribed to the channel, enjoying the content 😁 I'm just interested to wonder how much do you think you could potentially sell the van for now? I'm trying to save up for a van to convert myself to use on weekends but i'm also tempted to do it as an additional source of income if the resale profit margin is high enough after conversion
Hey thanks for the sub! We have no idea, I think it would just depend on what someone would want to offer for it. The van market is so up and down at the minute it’s hard to say!
@@Steps2adventure judging by ones that are a similar age and make to yours on auto trader i rekon it would be in the 30k region, i would say yours looks better than the ones ive seen on there priced around that kind of price mark though.
Where did you get the spice rack thing from? and that same fridge is now available for £230... with that the wood and other van related things really went up big time during Covid... Diesel heater video?...Van life is the best life.👍👍
Spice rack was from IKEA then we painted it white 😊 Are you sure that’s not the 240v one? The 12v was stupidly expensive compared to the normal household one. We’ve got a diesel heater video, I think it was our first ever one🙈 thanks for watching x
Well worth the money. Looks amazing xx
