I love my gdiapers, but I've found that the gdiaper inserts are not as absorbant as the charcoal bamboo hemp ones found on e-bay. Those work great!!

I love these diapers. I've never tried the cloth inserts, but the disposable inserts never leak on us and it's great to flush the smelly diapers down the toilet. Many diapers leak on my skinny baby. If you have a skinny baby these are definitely worth checking out!!
Anybody know how well the cloth insert compares to the disposable inserts?

Having been the Marketing Director of Huggies during 'disposable diapers are bad' period (promoted by the cloth diaper manufacturers). Besides a small handful of 'save the spotted owl' consumers, most have no interest in the the extra expense and hassle of this type of 'system'. The fact is, a cradle to grave analysis comparing cloth to disposable will show they both effect the environment in a similar, but different fashion. I would think most consumers would have a hard time believing that flushing something so large would be a good idea. Municipalities are already having issues with flushable small size wipes.
