Idk why USAC hasn’t been more popular, even without gambling. It’s literally the best dirt racing (on the track product) you’ll find.
It was really popular until the 08 recession, they even had races on TV in the 90s and 2000s on ESPN. Recession really hurt non wing bit the sport is starting to recover
@@C.JFommeI remember Thursday/Saturday thunder that was a fun program. Wish one of these sanctioning bodies would try to put a cable TV show together again
USAC sprints are awesome right now glad to see people are paying attention
You don't have to change titles or thumbnails. I love this sport and this channel, I'll be here every day, no matter what.
I love the raw speed of Wing sprints, but until you see a USAC national midget show with about a dozen full time sprint & silver crown drivers dive bombing on each other & 4 wide (3 wide regularly) you will be hooked.
NON WING IS A DIFFERENT TYPE OF RACING AND I LOVE IT. I WISH THE DRIVERS COULD MAKE MORE MONEY BUT AS A FAN WATCHING, THERE IS NOTHING BETTER.
Non wing Sprint cars I would agree but the midget shows are just a bunch of youngsters wrecking each other with little to no respect. So many red flags I had to quit watching live streams, I just watch the highlights for midgets instead now
Midgets yes but sprint cars I only like winged, not a big fan of wingless sprint cars
You have to see Tri State in person 🏁 I went to Midget Week and that track blew my mind. Been a USAC fan for over 40 years. It keeps getting better and better
@@RegularJoes Ya, to each their own. I enjoy the dicing of midgets, the skill needed to back-it-into turns in non-wing sprints, the smooth consistency needed to go 100 laps on a mile for silver crowns & the speed of winged sprints.
I could care less if betting fully comes to dirt racing. I'll still watch dirt racing with or without betting.
Same
Winners jug a beer. That is my bet.
My father told me along time ago before his death that if you can bet on it , it is fixed
USAC is where the greatest drivers that ever walked the earth honed their driving skills. I don't see that ever changing.
Ironic your comments on USAC. I have become a fan of non wing sprint cars since watching the USAC races on Flo. Those guys really put on a show for far less money than the wing cars do. Count me in as a fan now.
Thank you for the positive comments about Sycamore Speedway. It is my home track and we have had a rough start this year with weather. It is NOT anything to do with the track staff or lack of effort. They do all they can to put on a show every time but just can’t control the weather.
Everyone watching please subscribe, this is where you get QUALITY info/updates!
Looking forward to100 lap USAC Silver Crown race at Salt City Racing, Hutchinson, KS. July 19/20.
Save our racetrack!
I watch any content you post, not sure why some would pick and choose what to watch of yours, especially based on the title.
Love your show
“A lot of you watch who don’t subscribe” - Damn my bad bro I’m subscribed. I don’t subscribe to any UA-cam channels it wasn’t personal 😂.
Same man he called our asses out I'm here everyday and forgot to sub 😂
I feel like if tracks would work with each other for scheduling, and other things. That'd what will keep the sport alive. Even if it's right down to the local shows.
Like, speaking about locally, here in Pennsylvania. Port Royal (PRS) & Lincoln may take days off if the other track has a much bigger race. Like, in this example, Lincoln wouldn't be racing 410s the weekend of the Tuscarora 50. That way, the Tusky 50 may get more cars.
Honestly a big part of the reason why Lincoln and Port do not generally care about one or the other unless its like speedweek is because regulars from either track don't show up typically for even the big shows at each others tracks. Port drivers rarely go to Lincoln even for more money and vice versa. Doesn't make sense to take off when the drivers aren't going anyway.
PA is a shithole not shocked those people can't work together.
This happens in most of the country PA is just backwards.
Im not a fan of gambling but I can say it brings ALOT more people in. While I don't like it, for the sport as a whole, it would make sense to do so and it would reach demographics that would never look at dirt racing and introduce them to it, get them to research it, them into it, get them addicted to it. Its just a giant win, even if I don't like it.
I'm betting mother nature remains undefeated 😊
Thanks for all you do!
Much appreciated!
You always do awesome Justin love the channel a lot
I watch your videos, no matter what the title is. Keep up the good work.
I honestly hope it brings money into Usac, it was crazy during eastern storm to see the Usac guys barely making more than the posse regulars.
WEST COAST 410 is a Hotbed of young guns. Trey Starks. Devon Borden, Cole Macedo, Tanner Holmes. They should do an EAST vs WEST series like AMA motorcross
Fueling addiction is the American way.
how will betting on races benefit the teams? Do they share in the revenue ? I've always been a USAC fan so betting won't change my viewing habits. I probably won't be betting on any races.
My worry about betting is that the money will not get to the teams. I would like to see a study on betting in other sports and where all the money goes.
USAC racing is on the uptick because the racing is terrific. TMEZ is back from his broken collarbone and his presence alone is enough to watch a midget race.
Don't worry Jason I didn't call you and the mafia loves your show...lol
I’m not a betting man for the most part. However, I’m not necessarily against gambling on dirt racing, it just seems strange because it’s never happened before. If it helps the sport, I’m all for it. Great show!
Oh my.
I know it has nothing to do with gambling but I Always set a dirt draft lineup for every race I watch or attend shoutout to dirt draft
One thing that makes this different for gambling is the income of the drivers is vastly different than the income for big four pro athletes. Often with racing the outcome is influenced by back markers when being lapped. The potential to see corruption or insider gambling is kind of massive.
Al g0 rhyth um!❤
Today's conspiracy is tomorrow's truth 😂😂😂😂😂
My concern is less for the series and more for the people who struggle with gambling addiction or just impulsive thinking and now have it advertised heavily at yet another hobby
Yeah it's not good
You can bet on Truck & Tractor Pulling, need I say more.
Wingless and super late models> winged sprints. Not a fan of gambling but it's coming for sure regardless of what i think. There will be some degree of race fixing hopefully it's not too bad
very few states have gambling for USAC right now, wait until it gets bigger
Can’t wait for wing race cars to get betting going! Also, chase Raudman overlooked TK as a competitive winner for the HighBanks. What do you think? He’s been running super solid recently except for some spills here and there
I mean I hope betting brings in A LOT of money because I really don't like the pervasive nature of betting in sports, and what it can do to people. Seeing all the harassment that athletes, whether pro or college, sometimes get after a disappointing night or whatever, makes me a tad fearful for a sport with such great access. Its already bad enough when it happens to a pro athlete or college athlete with million to billion dollar institutions behind them (and usually almost superhuman strength and intimidation factor), I can't imagine what might happen when its some 16 year old kid who usually races micros or a 32 year old mechanic who races weekly at LPS who has a racing incident that changes the outcome, and someone struggling with gambling addiction wants to take their anger out on that driver.
Valid, and doubly so given what race fans have already demonstrated themselves to be capable of. Nicolas Latifi getting death threats after Abu Dhabi, etc...
The beginning of the end.
We always bet at Kings Royal heat races, back when they passed. Friendly dollar bet on starting position, not driver.
Yeah friendly dollar bets aren't the issue
I've seen it in horse racing at a local level. Drivers get a fee hundred or place a bet and way more.
This is going to look like a get rich quick thing and it's going to hurt a lot of people.
Everyone has their favorite type of racing depending on where they grew up. But lets all do our best to get more money in all dirt racing. If you can't provide sponsorship then try getting people to go. Even pay someones way in to make a new fan. Do what you gotta do to help the sport grow.
NO! No gambling on dirt racing :(
As long as Pete Rose isn't driving late models, we're good.
Good content! Personally I’m not a gambler but to each their own! I don’t buy into any conspiracy theory ideas!
😂😂
you have no idea
Couldnt bet on Lucas oil, its fallow the leader ,
Yeah nah I'm with the skeptics when it comes to the betting interest. Never mind the extreme shit, like race-fixing and underhanded fuckery - you risk just drawing in people who are in it for the money more than the sport. And no, dragging in sheer masses of fans no matter whether they are truly invested in the sport or not ISN'T a good call. Check out how F1's cultivation of celebrity culture's been at the core of its fanbase's rampant toxicity, for one example.
This isn't the apocalypse. Just as there was dirt racing before gambling came in, there will be dirt racing afterwards, and I don't think there's really all that much fixing going on in top-level sports anyway (unless the Eyes Wide Shut types REALLY have the wool over our eyes lol). No, my problem is that gambling might make even the act of _spectating_ a sport more about the money than the sport (at least for SOME people), a subtle but significant shift that every sport could do without. All this, and then there's the hulking obsidian elephant in the room that is gambling addiction, and how much gambling entities are encouraged to profit off of it (given that we live in a society where businesses don't exactly get brownie points for looking after the public).
Not the end of the world, but the benefits don't outweigh the drawbacks in a way meaningful enough or by enough of a margin to sell me on the idea. I would much rather quote Dominic Toretto: "Keep it about the cars."
I disagree. I’m now more interested in usac than I ever have been before. Life is better with money on the line. Don’t wanna watch a race? Put $50 on a driver, now you’re interested.
Every sport you see on TV is fixed. Normies are never going to wake up but if you dig for information you can still find it
You don't get on TV without selling out, it's alot worse than you think. Goes well beyond sports. The sports are just bread and circuses to keep the masses distracted. You have to put in work now to find the truth like the other guy said alot is censored.
@ChipSaunders-go2bm Thanks Chip. To the original poster, I would start by just getting off youtube, go to a different video hosting website, and just type in common conspiracy keywords. It's no longer possible to do this on youtube you just get alot of shill videos. Read comments and always investigate dissenting opinions. Try to find researchers who have written works. Note that in most of these conspiracy circles government gatekeepers still get pushed, they will mix in some real information with disinfo. Trust your intuition, you are given it for a reason.
@@OHIOFARMBOY-kb6fn take the tin foil hat off, Alex Jones.
Btw I’m a conspiracy theorist if you have any to buy I’d appreciate it, all mine have come true and now I have none left.
You need to catch up on Dirt racing? 8 min you caught up!!!!! Subscribe!!! Best subscription I got by far!!!!
Motocross is currently going through its trials and tribulations of introducing gambling into the sport. One major hiccup is teams and riders are not required to report injuries, which heavily impacts their performance. While not entirely related to dirt track racing, just shows its never as easy as "you can now bet on racing!"
There are always issues when you regulate anything. My opinion is to let the law of natural selection take it's course.
And get out there and support your local dirt track. Keep our sport alive!
I know several people who race horses. They talk about holding back there horses for better odds. Why do you not think this will happen in dirt car gambling
If the books close odds when hot laps start, I don’t see this as an issue
Gambling might be able to help grow the sport but that’s only if sports books can get good enough at predicting races so they can make a profit. That seems like a tall order. You should be one of the first people they hire as you have put in the work to organize the data. Your data is unmatched but it is still far from being able to predict results well enough that a sports book can win as often as they do in NASCAR or conventional sports. Mother Nature and relatively sparse rule books keep dirt racing interesting for now.
I’m tired of all the gambling in sports, mainly cause it seems people are interested in it because of their financial ties, not love for the sport. Just feels fake to me
Corruption and money....
Betting will corrupt the sport. Look at NASCAR. Blaney running out of gas in the last lap, and just like that his teammate wins. Especially when you know they can calculate fuel mileage to the lap. And how much do you think that paid with cindric pulling off the win?
All dirt racing will eventually get into betting just a matter of time.
Money will drive all gambling for dirt racing.
It wasn’t too long ago that people thought a professional sports team couldn’t even be based in Las Vegas because of the gambling
Yeah people have good reason to think that dude
@@C.JFomme no they do not. The point is that the physical location of a casino in respect to the physical location of the event is irrelevant when it comes to gambling. You can debate if nefarious things are happening but the locations have nothing to do with this
Just because it makes money doesn't make it good. Gambling for the sport is not a good look and if Vegas has odds on it then it's fixed period.
I don’t care what the “game” is. Gambling is always bad news for those who are making the wagers in the long run.
Scripting dirt track racing would be hard sure it's possible but they aren't going to get it right 100% of the time. NFL is 100% scritpted and other pro sports probably as well
I might not be able to stop the gambling, but I won't be participating. I've said it before I'd much rather spend my money at the merchandise trailers at least I get something for my money and I know the drivers and teams are getting the money. I have doubts about how much money USAC is actually going to see. Also it will be setup so all bets are in the houses favor. Casinos don't look they way they do by giving out money, the house always wins.
Think of it like this- the nfl used to be super anti gambling. Tony Romo once got a fine for being the keynote speaker at a fantasy football convention. Fast forward to 2024 after we opened up gambling to every state and now there’s NFL themed slot machines. USAC is making money. This is good for everyone.
@thillesheim yeah we will see. I think there are better ways to promote the sport than to steal the fans' money and give it to casinos. I'm not going to a casino to play a USAC slot machine. I'll buy tickets to a race or buy a T-shirt. Rather than a 1 in 10000 chance, I might win $100.
@@thomaswolf4642 No one is stealing money or forcing anyone to make a bet in the same way no one is forcing someone to use cannabis, which is also new and readily available. I for one think it makes the action waaaaay more exciting. It’s gonna happen with every sanction, don’t be scared, it’s only going to grow the sport.
@thillesheim many people have shown the NFL is scripted entertainment dude you are really niave
Gambling in and on sport is NEVER for the better of the sport. Gambling on the nags has caused all sorts ofcrookedness in that industry, same with dogs. Even bicycle racing, and that too going back a 100 years.
Gambling on dirt racing automatically takes the legitimacy of competition away from racing. If you can bet money on it, it means those results can be manipulated for profit.
This is beyond a detriment to the health of the sport.
I'm not sure it "automatically takes away the legitimacy " of the sport but it sure will change it .The surge Justin has seen on his site about USAC and gambling is not from fans it's what where I live we call "degenerates" . Maybe this is the way USAC wants to go and that's up to them but don't for a second think this wont change everything .
@@Trackratz-zl9di why wouldn’t the surge be from current fans who just want to get more into the analytics to make more informed bets? Racing is already a niche sport and dirt racing is a niche within that, people aren’t running to bet on sports they don’t know about and the betting limits will be low to prevent the books from taking big loses
People are so naive still it's pretty sad with all the information out there. All the pro sports are now scripted to some degree, you can find this information if you dig. Look at who is getting censored
@@kylen82 First you would have to explain to me why the surge in this one area and why now if not for betting ? I would not say that auto racing is a "niche" sport but I may concurr that USAC is a niche aspect of auto racing .I do agree that if I was a degenerate gambler I would use Justin's analytics board since it is one of the best around and the baby needs a new pair of shoes (degenerate joke) I don't know where you get that the betting limits will be low or that they have decided to include anytype of guard rails . As far as people not running out to bet I guess you have never hung around a OTB for a day or know any bookies ..
@@Trackratz-zl9di I just said I believe this surge on Justin’s analytics site reflects fans of dirt racing who want to get more statistical analysis before making their bets. I am just saying that people who are already dirt racing fans may have decided to frequent the data sources more now that they have incentive to do so. As for limits… that’s just how all sports books work, they don’t expose themselves to much unknown risk. Extreme example being that you cannot currently place the same size max bet on a ncaa football championship game or Super Bowl compared to a random NHL game. I’ve seen many comments from people who obviously don’t understand this detail. Go ahead and try to place a 4 figure bet on a dirt race and you’ll see
More money more long distance driving ie not that much more money when hotels , meals and help figured in. Ps no follow the leader
Drivers, owners, and crew members are dedicating their lives and money to racing, for peanuts in return. Would 2 drivers agree to swap places on the last lap of a $3,000 to win race if they could double their money? I say yes.
I've been a Sprint car fan since 1977. Growing up in Central PA. Not trying to be biased but it is the best Sprint car racing around... Problem with usac They don't pay their driver's nearly what they pay the Sprint cars. Gate prices are outrageous when they come to town and nobody shows up. Maybe we're just biased for Sprint cars... Yes the racing is fun to watch but also slower. Takes forever to get a show completed Takes forever Maybe that's why people stay away.
For instance look at the Grove last week.
Everybody knows that Justin “ The Impact Wrench”, has put some peeps in Lake Norman sleepin wit da fishes 😂😂
Joking aside, I’m in my mid fifties and gambling has been in all the other sports since waaaaaay before I was born that’s why no one makes a big deal about it. Reach out to Michael Franzese. Interview him about it.
That being said, there are so many variables with dirt track racing, it would be very difficult to “fix”.
Betting could corrupt this sport. Next thing you know, drivers will get paid to throw a race, just like the NFL, NBA, MLB, and NHL get paid to throw games.
lol who pays them? How do “they” decide which drivers to pay off? Most people have more pride and integrity than you think. Auto racing doesn’t have referees who could be paid off either and racers want to win races they aren’t taking a payoff to get 2nd
Let me guess, maga cultist? Everything is "rigged"? LOL.
@kylen82 NFL scripting is obvious, especially on touchdown plays, either your smart enough to see it or your a Follower
@@TonyMetzgeryep
Defenders in the NFL just stop running on scoring plays the fanboys who think this stuff is real are too funny
Gambling is degenerate.
What makes you say that?

Except it works to mention it. Yesterday with no mention, 16 new subscribers. Today with the mention, 80. So no, not everyone gets it.
For me two thumbs down for betting on racing. Gives teams more chance to cheat or fix races.
The non wing guys race the most dangerous type of cars get paid the least not right
You really had people mad about being able to legally bet on dirt racing? People love to be angry about anything that involves change. So weird.
Dirt racing is already tainted, all divisions of racing cater to the big money teams, they need to go back to the invert and make the big money teams earn a win, Davenport at Eldora boring
People who betting sites on football baseball all the sports really are not real good people because you don't believe that bedding does not affect the outcome of the game just look at football games and baseball games basketball games for the real ones you have to look at.
