You are life saver. I bought same bike just in orange color. And used your video to assemble it. They forgot to send the entire seat and the seat shaft but they sent lever. There was no cycle manual no assembly instruction no absolutely nothing. Also while attaching front wheel my disk break is constantly touching the pads. So if you can make video on how to align wheel then it would be very helpful. Thanks in advance.
Hi Apoorv, thanks so much for sharing your buying experience. I had the bicycle quick release lever missing and also a minor crack on charging cover. I reached out to customer care and it took almost 2 weeks but they have dispatched replacement parts and shared the tracking information with me, expecting to receive it in a day or two. You might experience something similar. I will try to make a wheel alignment video for you. The reasoning i got for missing parts is that Amazon repackages the bike and they sometimes miss packing parts (assuming you ordered from Amazon as well). But I do hope you get to enjoy your bicycle soon and get the parts ASAP.
