The charges are single speed 499/- , Geared bke - 699/- and E-Bike 999/- Technician visit is arranged in 24-72 working hours once the customer's package is delivered. If the address is serviceable technician visits the doorstep and assembles the bike. We do offer assistance via normal call / video call to our customers. Furthermore, if the customer opts to do it themselves, we refund the charges billed to the respective customer. There are many inquisitive customers who have done it by themselves since our bikes are 85% preassembled.

I would NOT recommend buying cycles from this company. Their "frame size by height" recommendations are INCORRECT. I bought 1 following their recommendations and got struck with it, its too BIG for me. They denied exchange for smaller size (even when I was ready to pay return shipping charges). Better buy from nearest cycle store or from other company which care for customer experience. Don't waste your HARD EARNED money. All the best :)
