Excellent 'visual' video especially showing the muscles being stretch, this is something I certainly wished I had when teaching Tae Kwon Do back in the 1970s in the RAF. Also, as a teacher and trainer the visuals I believe certainly improve one's stretching exercise as knowing what muscles you are improving as you exercise, I believe such knowledge adds very much to such exercising. In Tae Kwon Do there is a lot of stretching before and after training. BUT these are NOT stretching exercising they are 'reps,' stretching needs the muscles to be hold for a period of time, so I follow but do a count of five for each stretch and when doing so as oppose doing your reps, I can feel the difference afterwards which was the same when a young man. Why no (as with the muscle animations) simple indicator to inform the student when to breathe and breathe out, which is also essential in such exercises.
You share different exercise but we can not justify what kind of exercise is the best plz upload a video on a complete set of exercise in which stretch etc are included
I liked this workout I could exercise with my knee injury. Is this workout designed for only stretches? How many sets of this workout should I do every morning? Which other workout should I include after this workout daily?
