It is. EDF 5 rebooted the storyline but used the asset from earlier EDF
I got such a rediculous amount of Armour from this mission.
Sorry to put ya down, Randolph. But this mission was a million times easier on the PC Version. Did it with Ranger on my first try without taking any damage. I know this game was intended for PlayStation, but really: The PC Port is GODLIKE.

Well, I have met one or two myself. A few are just people trying to add a little bit of extra fun to the game. Then there are those who absolutely wish to ruin everyone else's experience by ruining their file forever. Hence why there are so many guides on Steam about making a backup.
Because of my first encounter with one: I don't tend to trust hackers all too much. So I either leave, or tell the owner of the room that he's hacking so that we can quit the mission and kick them out. It hasn't happened all too often, thankfully. It's just...most of the time: Meeting one isn't always gonna be a pleasant ordeal.

You're welcome to post a video where you don't "bored camping" this mission. And while you're at it, do Dust Town (ua-cam.com/video/749exsrmJw4/v-deo.html), Void Ship (ua-cam.com/video/uB3gWDzB9Q4/v-deo.html) and Facing Off (ua-cam.com/video/7zldIDkltes/v-deo.html) with, let's say 4000 hp. Would that be low enough armor for such a superior pro-gamer like you are? One hit from a Golden Ant or Erginus and you're dead as shit. Just do every mission 200 times and you'll eventually be able to luck your way through.
First of all..i dont have any dlc....and second Not with 4000... I have around 7000. Farming like crazy btw ... Could not imagine farming to get like 20k. For me thats Too much time. However, i can defend myself well on inferno with that amount. I never said it was easy for me to do that mission. Its really hard has much as its boring stay still with 20k of armor. I suppose the point is to complete the mission whatever method one can use.I do the bored camping with the air raider, but thats because he doesnt have more "versatile" weapons...
Well, there are many missions you can do on Inferno with much less armor than I have. But there is a hand full of missions like Star Eaters or Monster Camp where I don't see how to do them but with a lot of armor or incredible luck.
No DLC? Those missions are the most fun in the game! Additionally, I can't imagine how much time one has to invest to farm all 801 weapons without Golden Darkness (DLC1, ua-cam.com/video/xkFEg6SVC04/v-deo.html ), the best weapon farming spot in the game. DLC1 also has Shifting Mountain, the best spot for armor farming ua-cam.com/video/sRXI7Zklo3M/v-deo.html . If you want to get that platinum trophy, get DLC1. It saves sooo much time.
