Finally Mike, a game that is on the arguable level of Half Life Alyx. It's so frustrating seeing so many "kiddie graphics" games - not that there's anything really wrong with that. I mean the graphics and physics seems pretty cool, but damn ot looks boring as all hell. And the zombies move like turtles. No tension whats so ever. The voice actor is also not it!!

As an early vr play nov 2016. When arizona sumshine came out it was hands down the best vr campain out for quite some time. That game was so much butter than most vr games for a long time. So the thought of a sequel im kinda excoted
I'm curious to see what the Quest version is like to be honest. I'm finding myself more and more not using my Q3 for PCVR and playing the standalone version if it is available. I hope Arizona 2 on Quest 3 looks good, like how Red Matter 2 is able to look so good.

Not sure why there is zero footage on the game on the Quest standalone being shown off yet, the game comes out in about a week, and no videos at all? WTF?
@jeffdeprey6279 There is now footage, if you go to their UA-cam and social media, they uploaded last week. Obviously massive difference in visuals but they showed the Quest 2 footage off, they said Quest3 will look better. Not sure what they didn't just show the Quest3 footage 🤷♂️

I'll definitely get this game though I may wait for a coupon or some sort of sale. Part of my issue is the number of games releasing now for VR. Great time to be a VR gaming fan.

@@nerdloftgaming It is mentioned at the beginning of the video, but I do not see it in the description anywhere at all, This game is released on Quest in a little over a week and I have seen no videos of it running on the Quest and that does not even get mentioned by these guys that have access to the developers.

Yeah, no, you're wrong. Floating hands WAS an ACCEPTABLE thing in the origins of consumer VR, but with the state of things now, it's not acceptable at all. Forearms at the very least should be mandatory, especially given Assassin's Creed Nexus, which has shown - MORESO than Alyx, how a VR game SHOULD be made!

Wow... gotta say this looks amazing. There is no way I am waiting for the price to go down. So excited to play this with my son. He is a teenager so these graphics on his new Quest 3 for Christmas is gonna be some great memories.
Fallout 4 VR could have been this and more if Bethesda wasn't lazy.
Half life is currently free on Steam atm, can be sideloaded to your Quest headset.. Just Saiyan 😉

Is this the PC version on Steam or the Oculus Rift Store platform with Oculus Link? Really want to know if there is crossbuy on PC if you buy on Meta. Also will there be endgame content like Openworld Survival? Horde Defense Mode, Raids, etc...?
I think your footage looks better visually than GT's for some reason. Do you have a higher end graphics card or better screen capture device?
The single player on mine is using the game capture. The coop is using oculus mirror which might look like this

Oh it’s the PC version…
Way better looking, way easier to capture. The standalone Version is not worth full price imho. Should be cut in half. Especially since the pc version does not come with it on the rift store like most older games that got ported to Standalone.

Yeah, if you’re on a budget Quest 2 is still a great headset. If you can afford it though, go for the Quest 3 []-)

I played and asked for a refund. Vertigo should be embarrassed. Paid for early deluxe BUT only one person can have a dog. They should hire me because obviously developer's have lost imagination. Waste of money and time. Got to the end and was STUPID ENDING. PLEASE 🙏 do yourself a favor and hire me for a month and I'll give you some ideas. This guy must have been paid alot to say anything but a SLOW GAME.NOT WORTH 59.00 US DOLLARS.
Bow Wow! I am still playing version 1. This looks pretty "bloody" good Mike. Amazing that the dutch have this sense of humor. Sounds like they got the same voice actor from version one. It's on my Xmas list mate. Cheers. Looks like a lot of us could not resist using bloody. It is almost over the top with the gore. Nice addition to the campaign is Buddy. Good doggie.

Game doesn’t necessarily look bad but I’m not seeing anything that’s convincing me I should pay full price for it… Not really anything stand-outish
I dont think ita the price thats really bothering some people but rather the content. When you buy a $60 aaa game, whether its good or bad, you still get $60 worth of content more or less. But if this has a typical vr game's content but they are charging $60. Then thats a good reason to complain.

so how did u get co op to work becuase recently me and my friend tried to play it in multiplayer and it got stuck on the loding bar for him and then it i was kicked out after the stupid time that never shiuld have been used in the firs time reached 0 so what is your advise?

Finally a new VR game that I'm actually excited to play. It's time to dust off my PS VR2. Sony had a few ok launch exclusives, then abandoned the PS VR2. Sure, there are some great 3rd party titles, but I was expecting more from Sony with actual PS VR2 exclusives. Resident Evil 4 VR is coming in this winter, which can only mean a December release date as well. So, for those who have a PS VR2, Valve's Index, or the brand new Meta Quest 3... December is looking pretty incredible for VR owner. This is a good one, and can't wait to play it! Cheers!🍻

For me, the audio of the protagonist in part 1 was such a big immersion breaker that I requested a refund from Meta at the time.
Hence my question, is there an option to switch off the protagonist's audio track?
Especially in co-op mode this is very annoying and I think not only for me
