この曲の舞台は、岩手県大船渡市にある碁石海岸で、黒い碁石のような石の浜で有名な場所です。
夫を亡くした妻が健気に守っている小さな店。女将は常連客に支えられながらも、ふとした時に旦那を思い出すのです。
ここを離れてしまおうか…と思うこともあるけれど、どうしても旦那が忘れられず、今日もまた店を開けるのです。
The sea breeze of Goishi.
This song is set at Goishi Coast in Ōfunato City, Iwate Prefecture, a place famous for its beach covered with black, go-stone-like pebbles.
It tells the story of a widow who diligently runs a small shop after losing her husband. While she is supported by her regular customers, there are moments when memories of her late husband come flooding back.
There are times when she thinks about leaving this place behind, but she just can’t forget him. And so, once again, she opens the shop today.
