Loud noises, partying, you can hear the sliding door when ppl are slamming them closed, ppl throwing garbage down from the top, cigarette butts n what not. Investment wise, think it great. If your young you may not mind the noise. Personally for me, never again. To each their own tho!
Most realtors will always encourage you to buy. Condo price hasnt dropped in Calgary, but thats b/c people that could have been approved last yr for detached and semidetached are now only affording condos. Over all residential average sale price has dropped 5.6% since the Feb peak. More decline to come.
