The yellow hand is from Slovak kids' show called "Slniečko", which is also the name of that hand, since it means Sun in diminuitive form (a nicer way of saying things or something like that). If you wanna search it up on YT, I rather suggest searching "Raťafák Plachta", which is another character from that show, since typing just "Slniečko" can give you other results, but be warned, imo that stuff is some serious nightmare fuel.
