Sasuke's rinnegan however, is obtainable for an uchiha, making him having it technically fair. OR' Naruto had a full on transformation, but sasuke just gets an eye change, so probably to make it fair, naruto lost it. It could very well be the first one. Kakashi lost the sharingans because he wasn't an uchiha. So yeah, that's probably the lame excuse that kishimoto came up with, lol.

Luffy Sasuke kept the Rinnegan cause he has Indra & Hagaromo' Chakra so he kept it if he had a part of Ashura/Narutos DNA in his blood he'd have both Rinnegan like Madara Madara & Hashirama have Indra & Asura' Chakra and Madara bit a chunk out of Hashirama before dying and used that piece of the 1st Hokage to close his wound and awoken his Rinnegans
