I kind a wish the ILY 4Ever boy had a new head sculpt, this is basically his third appearance. Or at least change his skin color and painted his face differently. I also wonder if the new Barbie line is the same height as the Monster High ones, they kind of appear similar. And can I make them switch clothes.
Yeah, no one here has a new face sculpt. And that would have been okay, but they kept pretty much all the face, hair, and skin combinations basically the same. It would make sense if the dolls had identities outside their Disney characters. I'm guessing they'll probably be more Barbie height, or maybe slightly taller because of the bigger heads. It's hard to say without better pictures. And the body proportions will probably be closer to Barbie's too, in the torso.
I personally love they asymmetry on Aurora. It reminds me of heraldry and fits really well with the tapestry inspired style of the movie. I do think the balance could have been done a little better, and there's something off about the embroidery that I can't put my finger on, but overall it's a good look. Mostly I'm just glad she's not in all pink again. She spends the majority of the movie in the blue dress. Let her be blue sometimes, and let Cindy be silver again! Monster High and ILY are going to bankrupt me for sure. I'm really behind on the ones I want to buy, and some of them have sold out before I could afford them and I'm heartbroken. I'm especially attached to ILY. I think the designs are stronger for MH, but ILY does a really good job of begging to be dressed and redressed. Yes, this is shaping up to be a year for debt 🤣 at least without RH some of my budget has been released hahaha. I hope someday you can get your hands on the dolls you missed! Maybe they'll pop up in discount stores.

For Disney ILY I’m excited to see another line and love the Snow White inspired one which looks more villain like, which I think we need more of. I’m still wanting to buy the Aurora fashion pack to put on a doll but, I’m waiting for the Disney store to make one. I forgot who made the other ones but they made one that looked like me but I hate the eyes on them. Seeing this new lineup was exciting but, sadly not what I’m really looking for this time around so I’ll have to wait for another wave. The anniversary Aurora outfit is stunning!
