I went a bit mental😂 after watching this. I made a rushed video, and I nearly published it. It was called knife politics. I showed my Ganzo collection that I still have and use. Bought after I watched your videos on them. You have got 1000 upon 1000 people into knives, Paddy. We all owe you a debt of gratitude, and so do the knife companies. I love this hobby. I owe it to people like you! Cheers Paddy
The cool thing about hobbies is you can do them however you like! The fact that you have sponsors is a huge deal, even if it's not anything that would equate to a full income. Great work!
That commenter about the camera was me, I do apologise if it caused offence, the comment was meant to be some light hearted leg pulling. I enjoy your content and continue to support it! The close up shots you took of the blades in this video were exceptional, I know you are doing your best, what more could I ask for as a supporter of the channel! My knowledge has grown exponentially because of you sharing your thoughts and collection. Have a wonderful Tuesday and Take Care
Like I said I didn't think it was meant in anything but jest.butbmy point was more how stupid I am when I set up my table top I always just leave it alone.yeh I'm a plonker.butbyour joke has made my videos better so thank you pal.lol😜 ATB paddy.
Fantastic video Stephen… you covered a lot of ground!!! Firstly… I know the comment you’re talking about on the Steel City video about your camera, and can say with 100% confidence that it was made in jest with no malice whatsoever…. just good old banter 😀 Really love all the companies you’ve mentioned. Their products are all very different and cover a broad price range,but they share the same passion and drive in common… which, I think, is part of their appeal. Love your channel, keep doing what you’re doing mate 👊🏻
Paddy, as long as you are putting content on UA-cam I'll be watching it and commenting on it. You haven't ever put anything out there that I found to be bad information, it's always good up front information that helps people. Thank you sir.
I am really digging the Ashley Harrison knife that I won from your Christmas giveaway. It is one of the top favorites in my collection now and has a home for life until I pass it down to one of my Grandsons someday when I am ready to leave this earth. But no time soon I hope.
A cinematic masterpiece!😂Your video and social media skills always put mine to shame anyway. Still jealous of that Ashley Harrison barlow. Must go, my first Rosecraft has just arrived...Thanks for the vid 👍
Great video and message Paddy, thanks for sharing. Don't let the haters and trolls get you down. 😊👍Also, thanks for shouting out Steel City Knives, I also sub to him and he's got great content just like you mentioned. 🙏 Take care my friend and Cheers!
There is nothing wrong with your filming. That being said, I appreciate you zooming in on that first knife to see that layered blade. I've never seen anything like that.
If it makes you feel any better paddy.... No one comments on my channel 😂😂😂. Love Steel City Knives. Really detailed reviews. All the best, David. ✌️ Ps... I love the micro sting and how you snuck in the Ashley Harrison 😂
I remember the Ganzo videos from way back when. I've been following your journey and it's been an interesting ride. I got into traditional knives mainly through your channel. Personally, I happy for you and I love seeing all types of knives, whether I could afford them or not for myself. Even though you have a wonderful collection, you've never been a steel snob and enjoy all the ranges.
Age & technology don't mix mate 😂 Currently catching up with your videos while playing with my Tenacious.... Nice to see you have another one in your collection 👍
Hi Paddy , just wanted to say to that I read those comments , I always like reading them , and would echo Sean's comments . I've never met Elan , the commenter , but chat to him regularly dring your lives and RJ-s . He is , what we used to call in the building trade , a p*ss taker . It's all just good natured bloke talk . From chatting to him I would say there's no malice in the fella whatsoever. Looking forward to our next live , A T B Tony . 🏴
I really enjoy Steel City Knives. Pretty sure I went from your recommendation. I find that I share a lot of his interests. Mind you it wouldn't do if we all agreed 100% with other views.
Your phone camera is great. Your channel wouldn't be you without it. Take Sally and the family for pizza with the money you save. Thanks for another enjoyable video.
Steel City has become one of my favs, I do not believe any of your knives were free Paddy you put out so much good content not sure why ppl get sour or jealous I love your channel Paddy
When i first got a smart phone i was too stupid to figure out how to zoom. It took a younger person (20s) to show me how easy it is. Who said you can’t teach an old dog 🐕 new tricks? 😂 Aroooo!
This is one of the many reasons I would never start a channel. Too many people want to gripe and complain about every little thing. It wouldn’t be very enjoyable for me for very long.
I hope you didn’t take offence at my comment. I was just trying to nudge you a little. I was, and remain, in awe of your new Ashley Barlow and really wanted to see it in all its glory! Incidentally, I don’t think that it’s a poor quality camera, but quite the opposite. It seems to have a pretty decent self focus ability, but it does get confused by a cluttered and particularly high contrast images. For example, it always focuses on your “Like, Subscribe, Share”. No doubt in its little brain, it thinks that it’s doing you a favour, bless it! Also other knives confuse it too. The answer, as you’ve already worked out, is to fill the frame. The only thing that you still need to do is to cut out the very high contrast, black on white, writing from the top of your screen… at least when you’re doing close ups.

As an American with many Irish relatives this is how I understand the word “Wee”
Small = Wee Little
Medium = Wee
Large = Wee

I’ve enjoyed your knife review videos for years and will continue to watch & enjoy as long as you continue to post them.
Nothing wrong with your reviews, I enjoy them. Gets me into knives I otherwise would never have seen.👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

Same!
Sweet looking knives Paddy. You stay safe, stay healthy and God Bless over there across the pond.

Something to do, someone to love, and something to hope for. This is the rule for happiness

Take care

Keep on trucking Paddy!!
The problem with opinions is that even idiots are allowed them. Don't listen
I think i just heard Herman slap his forehead and shout " About bloody time!".😂
Another great video Paddy.

Amazing Paddy ❤️👍
Sometimes, you just have to let it out. 😊
