I bought a 99 Softail Custom 14 years ago with 17,000 miles on it. I have 65,000 on it now, and it is as dependable as anything I have ever owned. I am 82 years old, so do not ride long rides anymore, but the pillow seat and buck horn bars fit me perfectly. My first Harley, was a 1942 "45" flat head when I was 14. So I started with a hand shift and foot cutch. When you are 14 you can ride anything. LOL
Ive just bough a 1994 FXSTC in exactly the same colour with only 13K on the clock, it's truly beautiful and the colour is a litle more turqoise than what appers on camera
Color is aqua pearl and silver. I bought mine new in 94 and I have 140,000+ miles. Other than the scratches, this looks like it just came off the assembly line.
Yea how bout!!! Thanks for letting me know the color name. It's really a great color IMO. Different and really deep. I can't stop looking at it. Haha. I have it in the showroom on the main corner so you have to see it when you walk in.

That is awesome!!! GOD BLESS!!! We all hope we're in riding condition in our 80s. Never rode a foot clutch on a bike, yet. I've only seen it once.
Actually, I started riding on a friends Whizzer Pacemaker motor bike when I was 8. I was hooked from the beginning.

Just bought a 99. 1 owner. Love the way the evo sounds. I like the buckhorn bars on these bikes, not sure if those are the buckhorns.
