Did anyone else notice that the note in the house saying that Amy was down in the basement..and yet the next paragraph starts with 'Amy was in the very back of the attic in a chair'?? Like...what?
They're lying.
She's not in the basement.
They don't see this as what it truly is.
I believe we simply see a time lapse in the notes - like a big tear missing between the two informations that is filled in later on in the game with what actually happened. The part about Amy in the basement was before John and his priest-boss first entered the house and the part with Amy in the attic is from after the priest-boss got killed by the Amy-demon and John is about to enter the attic for the first time.
@@Bambuzzsprosse There's either a time lapse, or there's an explanation that's tied with in-dream aesthetics which don't always make _awake life sense,_ but make perfect _in-dream sense_ if you've delved in dreams well enough. But I'm sorry, I'm not sure what being "in the basement" that's really "the attic" means, unless it's a way of saying that the house (the family's life together) is really upside-down. Given context, the house being "upside down" makes sense, but am I really on the right track here?
@@101Volts Man...it's been a while so I'm not 100% sure anymore but I believe to remember that the entirety of the game has nothing to do with dreams or dreaming in general so that theory seems a bit fat-fetched to me. But maybe my memory is faulty, I'm not sure.
