- Here's the ''making of'' of my Fifth Element stones replica build.
Nothing fancy here. A lot of sanding and painting.
Enjoy and if you do, maybe consider SUBSCRIBING for more! :) It's free and you might even enjoy the ride!
Each stone weight roughly 0.5 kg.
Great attention to detail, they look amazing!
thanks man! :) Much appreciated!
OMG they look AMAZING!!
Thanks a lot :) check out the rest of my channel. Its getting there :)
Wow, more effort than the movies own prop department went through.
Indeed! Maybe too much! :P
Nice work!!!
Thanks Tracy. It was one of my first video. Pretty crappy shooting, editing and sound. I believe my daughter filmed a few shots. :P
@@DaBuild I thought you did great!
@@tleander40 Cheers :)
Very cool 😀
Thank you Jenn!
Fantastic!
Thanks man!
Should have made some colored triangle molds to have at the top, make them into "opened" stones like in the end scene. Maybe install a battery compartment for an embedded lights ounce glowing through the colored epoxy.
Indeed! It would have been awesome!

They look great, and your experience shows. However, I wonder if some of the steps aren't unnecessary or even destroyed by subsequent steps. For instance, there was a bunch of spraying and plastering at the beginning that seemed like it could have been totally overwritten by future steps. I enjoyed the video and do not mean to be critical. Just wondering if you'd do it the same again.
Hey James! I fully agree with you. This was one of the first video I made. I tried many differents things and layers. I don't believe I should have necessarly showed them all. Thanks for your comment! Cheers!
awesome!
Thanks a lot miss! Do not hesitate the check the rest of the channel. Cheers!
NICE! Did you sell them?
naaa...It was my first 3D printed prop. Thanks for you comment Lee! Cheers!
Since these were hollow, it would have been cool to put a small hole in the top and turned them into lights.
Indeed!
Amazing!!! The only thing that's missing in my Fifth Element Collection.
Would you share your shell files??
Thanks again! I always share my files with pleasure, but the 3d print was done by someone else :) Not my files.
Ah okay. No problem.
Are these life size? What hight do they have? Thanks.

rarity: legendary.
role: weapon.
color: brown🟤.

1 fire stone.
element: fire🔥.
type: wildfire.

2 water stone.
element: water💧.
type: pure water.

3 earth stone.
element: earth🌎.

4 air stone.

I believe you added too many imperfections. The stones were supposed to be kept in a case to protect them. Therefore the top of your fire stone is really too cracky to be the correct one. But in general, awesome work!
They are not perfect for sure :) Cheers!
Dude, case or not, these stones are 1000's of years old. Amazing work, thanks for sharing and putting that much time into them.
@@ke4prf Cheers Mark! :)
One was stored in an alien stomach lol
@@jasunbekquayle8181 Un fact, the 4 of them were there for transportation, not storage.
Excellent video..
This is hard to say without sounding like a pretentious ah0le.. but a person should minimise skin contact with products containing styrene....
As a chemically schooled person, that chemical affright me....
Be safe..
💯 buddy! This was one of my first build a long time ago....I didn't care much about these things back then.Cheers!
