Been listening to this one about once a day at work for a couple of weeks now while at work. I very much appreciate the effort and inspiration that went into these videos! Not sure I appreciate all the 5e bashing, but the rest of it does serve as inspiration for me to do adaptations, conversions, and best of all, knowing what to look for. So thank you!
Love the Compilation video. Thanks. This will make GREAT Windshield time fodder. Personally, I come here more for the MAD MUSINGS, and hope to see you get back to that in the future, but you do you, and YOU are neck deep in Mystara projects these days. Perhaps in the future you will turn your attention back to Musings a bit more. About 1/2 of the games you Mused on, I have played at some point and it is mighty fun to hear your take on them. Justifiers RPG is a game I have and often felt like I was one of 7 people in the USA to have it. Would not be surprised to find that you are one of the other 6.
@@eclark1406 The idea is once I finish the remasters I get right back into the mad musings. The remasters were just taking too long so I focused on them cuz I don't have many left
The Lost City was officially redone for 5th edition as well in Quests for the Infinite Staircase. I haven't dug into it yet to see what has been changed.
Even more compilation of Mr. Welch content?!.... You really are super busy with the next book, huh. Welp, time to buckle in for more fantastic Mystara videos....such a burden 😆

Would you say running AD&D 1e in Mystara is doable? The biggest challenge I see when trying to use the material from the gazetters and such is maybe having to deal with the spells not having a casting time and such... Would you say there is a lot of conversion work to do or should it be possible to run as is?
@@leonardoaquino3669 yes. Switching from 1st to 2nd isn't difficult, and they made a point of putting conversion guides from Becmi to 2nd in almost every gazetteer
The clear end to this chain of compilations has to be The Complete Collection of Winona Ryder Appearances In Welch's Videos.
I thought it'd be "The Complete Collection of Collection Videos".

In Search of the Unknown brings back a lot of memories for me. It was my first D&D module I ever ran. I need to bring it back to the table!
Crap I'm old now...
Another great collection ... Huzzah!
THE STUFF OF LEGENDS, please take care of your modules, Mr. Welch!!!
Dang. Mr Welch is on a roll!
The module includes monster lists and treasure lists to use. Sure, you could do what you want but the module includes those recommended lists.
