Villa Park Fire Department Academy PPE Drill DAY 01

Six new Villa Park Fire Recruits attended a special one week Fire Academy at the Fire Tower in Addison, Illinois. After preliminary classroom discussions and description of the Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) they will use, the new Firefighters lined up to test out their knowledge and speed in dressing in their Bunker Gear. The drill was done before the addition of a Self Contained Breathing Apparatus (SCBA) was added.
