  • Stuffed Kheema Naan Recipe:
    Ingredients For Naan Dough:
    Refined Flour-200g
    Instant dry Yeast-1 tbsp.(7g)
    Sugar-1 tsp
    Oil-1 tsp
    Curd-2 tsp
    water(Lukewarm)
    Salt
    Ingredients for Masala Kheema Mixture:
    Minced Kheema- 200g
    1 chopped Onion
    Ginger-Garlic paste-2 tsp
    Red Chilly powder-2 tsp
    Coriander powder - 2 tsp
    Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp
    Green Chillies-3
    Chopped Mint Leaves
    Chopped Coriander Leaves
    Ghee or Butter For Greasing Tray
    Preparation:
    -Firstly Knead a naan Dough Adding all the above Mention naan Dough Ingredients.
    -Keep aside and rest for atleast 1hr or untill it Double in Size.
    -Now heat a pan Adding 4-5 tbsp of oil
    -Add Chopped Onion and saute for about 5 minutes (Don't turn Brown)
    -Add Minced Kheema and salt saute for about 5 minutes.
    -now add Green Chillies,Red Chilly Powder,Coriander Powder, Turmeric Powder and salt.
    -Stir well
    -Close the lid and cook for about 15 minutes.
    -Now cool the cooked kheema and Add Mint leaves & Coriander Leaves.
    -masala Kheema ready.
    -Now Cut the Dough into 2 equal parts.
    -Take a one portion and tuck well.
    -roll
    -stuffed with Kheema mixture & ROLL a thick.
    -Finally Brush Naan with Curd.
    -preheat oven and bake at 180 degree for 25-30 Minutes.
    -After baking naan brush with Butter + Coriander.
    -Enjoy with your Favourite Chutney
