In this video I’ll be making a scene from the Tiny-Huge island, one of the 15 worlds in the game. I had a hard time deciding between tiny-huge island, shifting sand land, and cool, cool mountain. Maybe I’ll have to make them all. If you want to see other Mario Worlds, like the video so i know to make more!
The type of clay used in this video is Sculpey, Craft, and Fimo. I use what’s available as most brands are similar to each other. Always follow your clay’s baking instructions on the package when making clay creations. I baked mine at 225 degrees in a preheated oven for 20 minutes. Leave to cool before handling them as they are still soft and handling them may leave dents.
When I pre bake clay, I bake it at the same temperature as the clay’s baking instructions, but I only bake it for 5-10 minutes. This gives it enough structure to hold its shape while I add additional layers to the first before baking again.
Tip: When shaping the clay, if you find that you are leaving a lot of fingerprints, you can use a q-tip and acetone to wipe the surface of the clay clean.
If you have any questions just leave them in the comments below and I’ll be happy to answer them. Any suggestions on what you want to see next are always welcome too :)
Hope you have a great rest of your day!

The scenery as a whole looks great... but wow! Little Mario is the best! It's so hard to sculpt something in that size and you nailed it! 👏🏻

While I can safely say that Tiny-Huge Island wasn't exactly the most enjoyable of the courses, with the clunky slopes and tiny knockbacking enemies in the Tiny version, and Klepto, and bottomless pits _around_ the whole island which is _on the water,_ seriously WHO THOUGHT THAT WAS A GOOD IDEA???
But nevertheless, I still enjoyed the course quite a bit, and it's really cool to see dem huge Venus Fire Traps made in clay, they look super well done!

Thank you! I totally agree with Tiny-Huge Island not being a favourite, it's something else being thrown back from a goomba smaller than Mario's shoe. I will probably make this a series and do more Mario worlds, so feel free to suggest any of your favourites!

@@CluelessCrafts more Mario worlds, eh? Hmmm... How about Delfino Plaza? Or, who knows, maybe the entire Delfino Isle! While I haven't played Sunshine yet, I can't deny it looks pretty fun, as well as very original and colorful!
Or, if we're keeping in with the SM64 courses, some of my favorites would definitely be Big Boo's Haunt, Shifting Sand Land, Lethal Lava Land or even a small portion of Hazy Maze Cave! Maybe even Snowman's Land or Jolly Roger Bay! Any one of those would be awesome, though I do have a preference towards the mansion! Those later stages don't usually get much representation, at least when compared to Bob-omb Battlefield or Whomp's Fortress.

@Mike the Delfino Plaza would be a fun challenge!! I haven't played Sunshine yet as well, but maybe playing it will insipre something!
For the SM64 courses, I might just slowly work through them all, but I definitely want to start with either shifting sand land or big boo's hunt. Whether some turn out to be a full map or just a small scenery within the map is yet to be determined, but I'm excited to brainstorm. Thanks for the ideas!
