Do you have any videos on ergonomic considerations or tips when working in Rhino? I can't find a mouse that doesn't eventually hurt my wrist when using Rhino.

it is a very common problem (wrist and back hurt) for people using computer long time. I found that not only the mouse, the desk and chair height make a different too.
