Thank you all for watching! The Universal Audio Volt 2 is the new standard of audio interfaces. Especially, for producers and music creators. It sounds great and the quality is superb for such a budget price. Check it out here 👉🏾 imp.i114863.net/jW0xY5
First off salute to the new set up look 🔥 Second this sounds great I have a motu m2 for one of my set ups but I want another interface for my other set up without breaking the bank so this sounds awesome. Also is that the universal audio mic as well???
Will the Volt 2 be able to drive my Beyer Dynamic DT 990 Pro 250ohms with no issues? My Scarlett 2i2 can barely drive those monsters If not do you have any recommendations to drive those cans?
No, which is what makes it pretty special from UA. You will be able to use the UAD Spark plugins tho. Also, as far as tracking from the interface, the vintage button initiated adds some nice characteristics to the recording. I hope this helps and thank you for stopping by Scarlett!
It has great quality. On the last 6 videos it's responsible for all of my audio feeds to my camera and will continue too. I use it over my $6K Apollo system for video without quality compromising. I hope this helps.
They are 2 different interfaces in 2 different classes. The Apollo solo or twin would be in the class with the Zen go. I will always go with the Apollo because it fits my workflow with music and film. I hope this helps.
@@pacinoslimthedrumpadpapii7853 The Antelope Zen Go is a different level. I sold off my Apogee Elements and also my Audient ID 14 MK2 after testing the Antelope Zen Go. Different level of clarity from the Zen Go even when just listening to music. Haven't tried Apollo ones so can't compare those with the Zen Go. But if you can afford the Zen Go its a no brainer.
the volt is NOT the best budget interface. Its defintely the Audient iD4. And if u are interested in two inputs its the iD14. The pres are great and the DA/AD is mind blowing.
It's great you find the iD4 perfect for your creative workflow. I think the iD4 and iD14 are great interfaces. With that being said, I prefer the sound of the UA Volt 2 and my apollo interfaces. It's all subjective preferences. I'm actually taking both out of my closet this weekend and doing some comparison with them against the volt 2.
Why would you do that? I have the Apollo twin and I just use the optical output to run a scarlet I/O. Giving me 10 preamps. Thats why they put an optical connection on the unit. @@GarrettHardy
24 bit? What is this, the 1990's? What's those two extra knobs for? What does "gain" even mean? Tell UA to get back in their time machine and stop playing jokes on people.

I just picked this one up for my Windows 11 HP Elite Notebook laptop. Thanks for the review.
The Volt or the Quantum Hd 2?
Hey does the 48 volt button shut off after a while? I was using this with my new sm7db and it shut off and it wont work without it on.
i’m looking high and low to see what the control software of this interface lets me do but i can’t find anything, man this is frustrating
Danke!
You are welcome and thank you so much!

Thanks brother! Nice! Yes, it's the SD-1.. It's a dope microphone bro.
Yes sir. I knew nothing about Universal Audio before watching your video years ago. Now it's what I use. Appreciate you Fam 🙏🏾
Really? Man, that's awesome and thank you for watching. I appreciate you as well. How are you and the family?
is it still working well?
Which would have better sound quality when recording a podcast? With Volt or ZOOM H6?

My Scarlett 2i2 can barely drive those monsters
If not do you have any recommendations to drive those cans?
Yes, it drives my DT990 and DT1990 just fine. I hope this helps.
I have been waiting for this review from you! Let me put the kids to bed and grab me drink I’ll be back
Hahahahahaha, ok bro. Make sure it's whiskey lol.
@@archiebeatz over ice 🥃 !
Great video bro blessings on blessings to you & the family
Thank you so much. Likewise!
Does it have DSP

Can I use my UAD Apollo plugins ?
How does Volt 2 compare to Volt 176?
Would you say the volt 2 is better than the Apollo solo?
How is the volt 2 recording quality when compared to audient id4 mkii?

Hey bro, good to see you 🤜🏽🤛🏽
Hey What's up Calvin. Good to see you as well bro.
Too bad it's not W7 compatible.
I’m obsessed with this editing
Thank you!
how about ssl2 plus
I should get one very soon to review.
Would you recommend the Volt 2 or the Antelope Zen Go

@@archiebeatz thanks bro I really enjoy your content I’m about to pull the trigger on the antelope or the Apollo Solo

I bought volt 2 for live streaming on tiktok but I can't add reverb to live streaming 😢
Check the Steinberg UR22C, it has onboard DSPs which can operate \internal compressor and reverb with no latency (y)

Audient iD4 Measures awfully. Check Audiosciencereview
I hate rotary control of audient. It started jumping to a full level and almost broke my ears and monitors!
Is it possible to use this simultaneously with an apollo twin? Trying to cheat my way into 4 overall inputs

LOL funny... two extra knobs though??
