Always love your tips and tricks! Glad to see you back after the move with some new videos 🎉. I've been needing some new inspiration. Thanks for sharing so much with us!
Dagger Tools sells a Lipping Tool...PN: LP1 that is designed to do exactly what you're teaching. I used this tool in a class there and the process worked great. Thanks Lazze for all the great content!
I tried the prestretch using a hammer and dolly andiscovered it to be exactly as you described. When I saw the piece at the end I immediately though custom wheel cover.
The main issue i have with pre stretching is the edge goes slightly wonky and you have to file it back the inconstant areas to get the nice fit up again so this should help
Like to see how you weld it also people say that Tig weld is better ( softer ) for sheet metal but how is that possible if you use the same filler rod used for mig weld
Less heat input mostly, minimal to no cleanup too if done right. I've got a video on my channel about how to weld sheet metal that demonstrates what I've learned over the years if you're interested, I'm not trying to take anything away from lazze though, he's better than me. I learned a lot from him.
Great tip. I really look forward to the air cleaner video. You are a true master of your craft.
Thank you for all your hard work.
Thank you kindly.

Looks like I am going to need a new bead roller. 😂

So if one panel is on the car do you suggest hammer and dolly to stretch that part of the weld?
Yes, or make a small hand plier with two rollers and roll the edge back and forth
Can you weld it and show the full cycle please.
🇸🇪☕️😁👍🇲🇾
