Sichuan Spicy Wontons

who doesn't love SICHUAN SPICY WONTONS?
it is so quick and easy to make! this recipe you are able to make 50 wontons. Any extra you are able to freeze and store in the freezer for a month
get your friends and family involved :) no better way to bond with your loved ones than cooking and eating!
Ingredients:
Wonton filling
- 400 grams of ground pork
- 400 grams of buk choy
- 2 tbsp of grated ginger
- 2 tbsp of soy sauce
- 2 tbsp of sesame oil
- 2 tbsp of sugar
- 1 tbsp of salt
- 1 tbsp of white pepper
Spicy Chilli Oil: • Homemade Szechuan Spic...
Sauce
2 tbsp of black vinegar ( 1 tbsp of soy sauce, 1 tbsp of vinegar)
1 tbsp of spicy chilli oil
cilantro
green onion
toasted sesame
fried shallots
ENJOY!!!
