I prefer Hallandale Beach Florida beautiful beaches and restaurants and Gulf Stream Park Horse racing track, it’s the biggest in Florida, and Pegasus And Dragon Statue it’s the third biggest statue in the United States, Atlantic Village beautiful shopping mall and full with restaurants and nightlife, Big Easy Casino the second biggest casino in Florida, and your in the city that’s in between everything in south Florida, my favorite city in Florida perfect location.❤☀️
@Moneypower572 Hallandale Beach truly has so much to offer! From the stunning beaches to the vibrant nightlife, it's hard to beat that atmosphere. What’s your favorite restaurant there?
Been to Texas in 2021 and I haven’t looked back. I loved my time growing up in south Florida but the amount of new ppl comin in and ruining our way of life with their unlimited loads of money and shitty politics has ruined my state. And the low cost of living and wages left us priced out of our home in boca raton and only left us the option of moving to other poor southern states
I lived in Florida hallandale sw neighborhood.... 1995 to 2011...... Pushed out 😢😢😢😢😢the house bills, expenses...... This area back then was one of the cheapest.... Land area to live.....then as time goes by...... City officials, taxes .... insurance's...... Scam the fu*kin.....day lights out of working people..... Hopefully that says it pretty much 😮
Same here lived in swfl for 30 years. Moved to TX about 9 years ago and wow.. wished I moved out sooner. Political crap is same but home prices and wages are much better.

@ziggymoon Thank you for sharing your thoughts! It's completely understandable to have mixed feelings about retiring in South Florida, as everyone's preferences and experiences are unique. @Mainlychesscontent I'm really sorry to hear about your experience; that must have been incredibly difficult. Losing a pet is never easy, and it's understandable that such a traumatic event would affect your feelings about returning to Florida. While Florida is known for its wildlife, including alligators, many people enjoy the beauty and warmth of the state while taking precautions to stay safe. . Your feelings are valid, and it's important to prioritize what makes you feel safe and happy. 🌟
I lived in Florida. 1995...... To 2011....... To many changes...... Greed......who decides to say how much more money it's going to cost you to live in a small apartment, a small house , medium house size, larger house sizes... XXL home.... Xxxl home...... A palace.....a beach front Palace with land n sand right too the ocean 🌊..... 😂😂😂.....like Donald Trump..... Look at malargo Palace. Everyone is being scammed who decides how much money you have to pay out to just exist..... It's really a ridiculous over swamp of land....... It's not real. I lived in hallandale for 16 years.... Lived in a small house. Working poor.

The rising costs can indeed feel overwhelming, especially when it seems like prices are set arbitrarily. As a realtor focused on buying and selling properties in South Florida, I understand the concerns about affordability and the impact of market dynamics. Who decides? People who want to spend money. Supply and demand. If no one wanted to live here, houses would be cheap.
