This is honestly what I love about Purple Kiss and Mamamoo too. They all seem so approachable! Like you could be friends with them or see them across the street and say hi 💜
This video really helps remind us of the real-world impact idols can have. Purple Kiss debuted in an era without live audiences so it must be lonely sometimes to not meet fans physically. I'm glad Goeun got this chance to meet the mother of a plory and experience this firsthand. I'm also really touched by how empathetic the mother was. I hope she and her daughter will make many more happy memories together.

I kinda think it still hasn't sunk in to GoEun that she's an idol now. She said multiple times that she's try harder on this or that. Yeah, that's a common phrase Koreans say in passing, but GoEun really meant it, like she's still a trainee. I get that she's a rookie, but look at what this rookie group does as opposed to other new groups. They act like seasoned idols and take on responsibilities of a long lived group. So I kind of think that GoEun still can't accept a compliment fully yet, as she still views herself as a trainee deep down. In her mind, she's isn't a celebrity yet, even though she has fans and is appearing on various shows. I hope one day she'll realize just how great she is, that the compliments are genuine, and that many people love her.

A lot of us rely on idols, sometimes even simply as a motivation to wake up in the morning. I may not have a lot of friends or not being able to realize my dreams, so I like living it through my idols and cheer for them. Seeing them happy, playing games with the members, winning music shows, and watching them grow up, it warms my heart and keeps me alive.

i cried to the mother feeling like maybe she could have been more supportive towards her daughter, i grew up with my idols, whether korean, american or whatever their nationality was because my parents, even tho they were present, they obviously had other million things to care for and rarely showed their support out loud i’m sure the mother loves and takes care of her daughter very much and i’m glad she took the time to say out loud how much she loves her

I am so beyond proud of purple kiss, a lot of people including me were waiting years for their debut. Seeing them do covers and going on survival shows and growing up and the day I saw all of purple kiss and especially goeun on ponzoña MV and debut showcase man I couldn’t hold back the tears. It’s like watching your babies growing up and finally into the world. Mamamoo was the first kpop group I came across in 2017 and been a huge fan ever since and I wanted to support their company siblings as much as I could and love every single one of them including oneus and onewe. Purple kiss we are very proud of you and hope you stay safe and healthy and can’t wait to see where the future takes us together!!💜💜💜
Out of their latest album, I absolutely love 2AM. Even without knowing the meaning behind it, the melody felt really personal. It's always like that also with Mamamoo, my favourite song happen to be the ones they write by themselves.

I felt the same way with meeting Mamamoo first then meeting meeting Purple Kiss although it was just because of simply watching telivision and saw their performances. For purple kiss, I knew them through Solar unnie in Boss in the Mirror and I thought they were all good and started searching for their channel and found myself being a fan! This segment showed what parents sometimes couldn't see and understand. Sometimes they would think what are the benefits of being a fan and thought of it as useless but for me, the benefit of it was not something that could return financially or something that could help me have a better future or help me finding a job BUT it was actually the feeling of home, the friendship that was built even they do not know me personally, they are healing me without me realizing, and they are my kind of rest whenever i feel tired or feel lost. This is something that my idols could give me. Not something grand but it was something greater than special that I could look back whenever I want to. To my idols: MAMAMOO, BTS, PURPLE KISS, ONEUS, ONEWE. Thank you, you do not know how much you all meant to me. ♡
