I think a steel cover for easy maintenance for the drainage to prevent from any leaves, rocks and soil. I think it will be easy to maintain. Anyways, great job! Thanks for this video.

@@dreilouisemarino9192 It is not mechanism. It is just a steel cover to protect from clogging the drainage with dirt, leaves, rocks to have a continue flow of water because it is a mini hydro electric pump.
