A Great vlog. Some good tips. . As you say different people use their vans and motorhomes differently. We use ours all year round. Just wrap up warm and wear some good boots... be aware of all the things you mentioned. 👍👍👍
The tip of leaving the taps open is such a good one will be popping out in the morning to do that as it's propper cold out there at the moment !! Nice Vid 🙂
Water seems to be the biggest issue over winter, but we love caravanning over the winter especially Christmas time it really is magical on campsites at Christmas/New Year. We must have looked after our battery well we have been using it for 6 years now, keep thinking of changing it, but then it still works. Never leave our cupboards open found when go in winter the locks wont catch so keep them closed and don't open til on site. Great tips always good to know what other people do.
@@heyholetstow Certainly did! Kept the aquaroll close to the caravan and ran the tap now and then. Worked a treat. Might need to add an internal tank if we went somewhere really cold, but not much space for that in a D4/2.
Hello!
Oh glad we used the same image for the aquaroll jacket!! 😂😂😂
@@LangSara ha! Google image search was limited 😂😂😂
Great vlog guys. Draining down the water system is so important!
the water and the battery are probably the main things I would say.

@@Julieandysaceventures not sure what the life on a battery is. 6 years seems a good amount of time.
Decent vlog, deffo need to get the water out.
@@CaravanningwiththeMrs water is a killer in winter
I think it was Andrew Ditton who suggested the Aquaroll insulation bag that Bags 4 Life sell. Excellent product. Used it in the snow last year.
@@IanPettifer good stuff. Kept everything flowing?
