i've never really enjoyed journaling because i'm not too great at writing down about my day. I feel kinda weird when i do that AND the idea of someone coming across my journal and reading all of my life is scary. idk but this kinda helped me realize that journaling about your day or week or month doesn't have to mean WRITING all your feelings. I'm a very creative person so this idea really speaks to me

Lately I have been very stressed because of school. I'm trying my best to reach my goals in life. This video helped calm me down from the pressure, thank you so much. This took a lot of weight of my shoulders.

I have just journalled on my Evernote app. In there I wrote that I am a huge pasta/ramen girl, love mangoes and vegetarian Indian food, especially masala mushroom with rice, and for some reason I enjoy eating mainly food that are warm in colour. Lately I've been watching documentaries, Korean TV dramas and films on Netflix and being a hermit for the past couple of weeks (That Winter, the wind blows; designated survivor 60 days Korean edition and When the Camellia Blooms are my current favourites :) ). Cooking has been a relaxing activity as well lately. Oh yeah, meditation is becoming part of my daily routine and I did a chakra cleansing meditation last night, so worthwhile. Working out again and I wondered why have I neglected this because I honestly find myself good looking whilst I work out and even post work out lol.
My favourite books have always been these: Haruki Murakami's Norwegian wood; John Green's Looking for Alaska; Eleanor and Park by Rainbow Rowell; How Starbucks Changed My Life; Mitch Albom's Five person you meet in heaven. Currently reading a few self-help books including the Law of Human Nature, The Power of Habit and even listening to an audiobook titled Quiet.
Anyways, I kept thinking of getting Mossery's dotted journal and their planner as well with the intention of making it a sacrosanct-like spiritual activity on its own without any other distractions during my downtime. Typing as a form of journalling makes things more uniform and fast for me in general, but I feel like writing down my very personal thoughts/feelings when I feel like it actually works better than me doing it everyday. Watching you doing this for not even 5 minutes is already evoking my desire to get one Mossery journal so badly.
