U can easily get Mechatronics, but u have to wait till CSAB rounds.. There's very less chance, but maybe u can get ECE also.. Placement here doesn't hamper on the basis of branch, ur skills will acquire bigger placements, ample opportunities are there

RV college is very good ; for city life and good exposure and better placement u can prefer RV college, otherwise if tag matters and placement then IIIT
If you are interested in mechanical branch, then go for nit Surat, and if you want placement opportunities in IT sector, then there will be little edge on IIIT Bhagalpur, but i will suggest you to opt nit Surat mechanical if you are getting, as it is an old institute comparing to IIIT Bhagalpur, with good exposure

RV college is very good ; for city life and good exposure and better placement u can prefer RV college, otherwise if tag matters and placement then IIIT

If you are interested in mechanical branch, then go for nit Surat, and if you want placement opportunities in IT sector, then there will be little edge on IIIT Bhagalpur, but i will suggest you to opt nit Surat mechanical if you are getting, as it is an old institute comparing to IIIT Bhagalpur, with good exposure

From placement perspective Bhagalpur = Ranchi > Una > Dharwad..
