Now that you mentioned that, I just did a long ride this weekend and my jaw felt a little tight with helmet shut, don't know if it was high altitude or that extra burrito but yes I did feel a little tight..good abservation..

HJC i90 modular helmet recently nice helmet comfortable a bit noisy, love the easy chin lift system. Quality helmet.
I bought the hjc i90 from revzilla and the sunshield actuator was broken.... luckily I dgaf about that but if I did....... 😡😡🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬
