Going through it for the past two months and it's still testing me apart. But this video helps. I watch it from time to time just to remind myself it's ok to be sad.

The intro is really nice. I love the way you create mood and atmosphere with the glow from the candles and other objects on the table. The three little figures are cute and I like the statement on the plaque. I always enjoy writing sounds. It adds a calming effect. I love the super relaxed tone in your voice. I think you would be a great therapist because you have an understanding and caring heart, and a soft soothing approach. You could help soothe a lot of broken hearts just by speaking to the person and being encouraging. You have a gentle personality and that is beautiful. This is a very nice and sweet roleplay.

It's weird watching a therapy video, but I gotta say you have a really calming voice. So, just want you to know you gotta gift and a calling. Whether it's online or in your community in real life, I hope you stay in practice.

Hey, thank you! I'm going through a break up and it's being very very tough. The nights are horrible, I can't sleep properly. I feel so ansious and my stomach hurts a lot, then is really hard to have a nice meal. And in the quarantine it only gets worst.
But this video kinda saved me. You said things that I really needed to hear. I just watched the video and cried a lot, I released all my emotions and I'm feeling way better now. Like you said, there are ups and downs, and maybe tomorrow I'll be felling sad about it again, but it's all part of the process. Well, again thank you! You are an awesome human being! You, your heart and soul are so pure and beautiful, and you deserves the best things in this world!

Thank you for this. I got broken up with in early December and while I have moved on, my mind can’t help but think about her a lot. What I could’ve done different and things like that. It’s like everyday I see a post on social media or do something that reminds me of her and I go down the rabbit hole again. Thank you Semide.

I’ve had other partners since then, start working out, eating better all that but still can’t shake the feeling of missing her everyday. Still think about her everyday but I’ve come to grips with the fact this a new chapter that she isn’t in, and I’m only go ever have myself.

However, this is definitely -not- how a professional therapy session usually goes nor is it how a professional therapy session should go. My reference for this is my own career as a licensed professional counselor. This video definitely does what it purports to do... It gives tingles and relaxation.

Wow this is so helpful I love the blowing out of the candle at the very end your soft voice your gentle warmth your genuine emotions sharing your own personal coping tools for dealing with loss and your validation all contributed to helping me… deal with sorting out feelings and coming to terms with closure…. I like how you said it is a ongoing process you go up and you think you’re done and then you realize you got more emotions and I liked how you said self-care eating properly resting properly and the support network of your friends and so much great advice so much warmth this was truly amazing and I very very grateful thank you thank you so much love and light love and light from the desert🕊🌈🤍

I just reached the part where you're talking about your recent breakup. You must be struggling until now yet you chose to help heal and comfort others who are going through the same thing.
