It takes me to tears every time I hear Brian sing this song. I can fully understand why 'good men' can relate to Brian and this song, he does it with so much feeling.

Yes he did, to give warmth, hope, and caring to his neighbors who were quarantined because of COVID. . He was battling COVID when he did this. Brian sings Impossible Dream better than anyone I know of, because he feels every word of it.
One of the greatest of Broadway's stars. Magnificent in Kiss Me Kate, Ragtime and of course Man Of La Mancha. Also one of the most gracious of gentlemen I have ever had the pleasure of meeting.

This song was written for the musical play Man of La Mancha which opened on Broadway in 1965.
It touches my heart so deeply.Man of Lamancha , I knew this musical in my university age. It’s still one of musicals which leads my life.

Before the choir started to sing Brian was so far out of time with the orchestra that it was painful to listen to. Once the choir started he was forced to actually sing in time.
