i have been using training peaks for three years and I kind of figured out ctl and tss were going up along with my training load but this kind of puts it into perspective....i am really enjoying frank s presentation
@@FasCatCoaching thanks you ..... i used the PMC chart daily....i was recovering from two years on couch due to knee surgery and the dashboard became my buddy...i want to do a 20 mile tt in one hour....at 65 ! so yeah haha....i was going to by the sweet spot minus 1 program for getting off holiday couch
Would it hen be correct, for the sake of putting it simple. That for ATL we could go for: 25yo-30 ATL =3-4 / 30-40yo ATL = 4 / and then go forward as you commented?
