How to play Jat taal in 16 beats

I am Professional Scientific Tabla Trainer and Accompanist : Saikat Bandyopadhyay.
Jat taal is a taal of 8 beats , but when it is played as vilambit , we add some khanapuris with it for maintaining the balance and creating Beauties. . Here is a demonstration, how to play Jat taal in 16 beats,
