Hm, well, the shoulders are a bit wide for her frame, and the pout of her lower lip makes it seem like she has an underbite. Her nose is also a bit plump, like, unshapely, and her chin is very protruting/large. In my opinion. Try tweaking some of those parts and see if it feels better.
Otherwise its really pretty :3

Yeah her shoulders are a bit wide lol, I've been pretty obsessed with 80's shoulder pad jackets lately lol, and you're right about her lips and chin too, i tried to make it look like the angle was from slightly below, but i spend too much time on the drawing and messed up the perspective ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ thanks!
