I've been going to St Paul for 28 years since it started here in 1995. It helps to live 14 miles away. Before that, we went to Indianapolis and Milwaukee. Always a good time. They love our fairgrounds because it is paved and has shade trees, unlike many fairgrounds around the country. See you all next week, July 21 2023.
When I was a kid I use to collect Car Craft Magazines and read them front to back! Back then Car Craft Magazine use to cover The Street Machine Nationals every year! I would dream of going to this car show! A poor kid from Flint, MI. Thank you for posting this video sir! 👍🏾😎

@@THROTTLEPOWER Maaan, I was soo angry at her for doing that! Oh well! Here in the motor city Detroit we have car shows everyday of the week in the surrounding areas. This weekend is Camaro Superfest with over 200 Camaros registered! Then next weekend is the Woodward Dream Cruise. The world's largest cruise in show. During the same weekend is Back to the Bricks cruise in north of Detroit in Flint, Michigan where I grew up. North American International Auto Show is next month downtown Detroit. There is a lot going on car wise here in the Motor City! 🇺🇸👍🏾😎

These are real cars. Not just real but beautiful, such style and character. My top dream rides are 56 Chevy hardtop, 70 Chevy Chevelle, 41 Lincoln Zephyr, 59 Chevy Impala and a 59 Cadillac to name a few.

This video is me discovering your channel. Never thought I would sit through a youtube video that was an hour and a half long. BUT.....I did. And time well spent!! I need to get to a big show like this someday. There were SO many cool cars. Even ones I saw in the background that you didn't check out. Thank you. My favorite was the '51 Merc with the '50 Studebaker a very close 2nd. @1:28 or so, the '61 Pontiac was too cool too. I'm 75 and can remember when many of those 40's and 50's cars were pushed over a cliff,, no one wanted them. Look at them now. Just like many of we elders say,, "Man oh man,, if only I wouldn't have gotten rid of that 'ol,,,,,," We didn't think they were worth anything,, HA!! Goes to show ya don't it,, we didn't have a clue. Next question,, what of the 2000's cars will turn out to be the next '55 Chev? My vote is the early 2000's Dodge Hemi Magnum. Folks who have them should park 'em, cover them and wait. Their time will come,, wait and see. :)

I wonder what type of gasoline they put in some of these ‘66 cars, factory specs were for leaded fuel?
We can get a lead additive. Most of our old motors have been rebuilt and can run unleaded gas. Usually premium.

Back to the 50's is 1964 and older only. This show accepts anything, if you pay the entry fee.

The 67 black corvette with the blower, side pipes and green, bright pink and blue racing strip was amazing car.
Awesome video. Takes me back to my younger days. Used to hit the Super Chevy Shows every single time they had one.
The fifty six with the original console and instrument panel, makes a guy loose his DAMN MIND !
The fifty five and the fifty seven were ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL as well, the 55, 56, and 57 were my all time favorite Chevys !
That BLACK 55 at 1.08 was the most BADASS THING I'VE EVER SEEN, WHAT A BEAUTIFUL MACHINE !!
